I love this place! You will find a beautiful, well-organized, enormous, open, clean space to workout in with top of the line equipment. It is the perfect set up for ALL fitness levels. The format involves 45 minute long scheduled group classes rotating through different stations consisting of free weights, bikes, rowers, treadmills, cable machines, etc. starting as early as 5a on the weekdays with the last classes starting at 630pm M-Th. (Friday until 4:30pm). Several classes are also offered Sat morning. The workouts are custom designed to be different every single day with a friendly, down to earth trainer onsite to explain/demo the workouts, keep time, inspire confidence, ensure proper form & safety, and keep everyone motivated. If you are advanced and/or shy & feel like you don't need any help from a trainer that's ok too. You are free to rotate through the stations without interacting with staff at all. Stage 3 uses an easy app for scheduling classes. A large screen on the wall displays MyZone stats if you choose to wear a heart monitor during the workout. This place is always upgrading their space and offering additional fitness add-on options such as pilates, kick boxing, aerial and yoga classes. You can also opt for nutrition consults & in body measurements. Several voluntary challenges are also run throughout the year if you like a little friendly competition. Please give it a try if you are looking to get active and clear your head. Especially if you get bored easily and prefer lots of variety in your workouts. The same trainers have been on staff for YEARS, so you can always count on the same great people to plan the workouts and keep you on track if you are like me and need extra motivation. This isnât your typical fancy gym with flashy equipment and mirrors everywhere. Itâs something betterâitâs a supportive, tight-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who show up for each other every day and push through an intense 45-minute to 1-hour session together.
The trainers arenât celebrity icons, but thatâs the best part. Theyâre real, down-to-earth people who are incredibly fit and deeply knowledgeable about what they do. They motivate, guide, and genuinely care about your progress.
If you live in or around the area, joining Stage 3 is honestly a no-brainer. Iâve got a hectic work life, and this place has become my sanctuary. Itâs the one hour of the day where I can disconnect, challenge myself, and feel grounded.

I have been a member of the big gym for several years and never had great results. I found out that I just was not doing what was required. I would spend 2 hours in the gym and now I am in and out in 45 mins and I am in the best shape of my life. The instructors/coaches work well with each person because they walk around to make sure that each person is keeping proper form and being challenged at their level. They also work hard to remember everyone's name. There are no contracts and there are a variety of options for how to pay for classes.
