Compared to last visit, this time the food wasn't ready when I arrived though I was early. (Last visit, it was super fast. Food was ready 15 minutes earlier than estimated). There was no staff at the wait area to supervise the customers. Then I saw staff who worked in the kitchen area. They were having their masks pulled down below the mouths. So what is the point of wearing the mask by pulling it down below the mouth. And one staff used a tissue paper to blow his nose. I don't know if he washed his hands before handling food again. I can only say that the lady behind the register raised her voice several times during our stay which caught my attention as rude and she hasn’t apologized either. I already noticed her conduct when we ordered our drinks. She was straight frank telling us, “no drinks for children” as my husband was trying to point the beverage area.
