This place is a joke they tell you want they think you wanna hear to get you to move in it was me my husband are two kids and are service dog there is always trash all over ground and all around the trash cans we live here for a month and a half and are first week we found roaches on the wall they had someone come in and spray for them but it was around one bathroom door frame and a little bit in the kitchen. They have cops in and out 24/7 they have teens walking around with guns talking about shooting up the place my kids and husband have bad health problems and I reported it to the office because are apartment smelt like weed bad witch my husband has COPD and it made him sick so bad he had to spend a night in the hospital because of it and my kids have chronic asthma witch made my kids have really bad breathing problems and it made my kids breathing worse they had to start staying with grandma. we reported it to the office 30 days a head of time that my husband’s job transferred his job to a different state and we haven’t lived here since May 19th and they are charging us almost $4,000 for no reason. We got called racial names like snow bunnies white crackers. My kids couldn’t even go to the park to play because they got bullied for being white. We also had kids knocking on are door asking for money if you told them no you didn’t have any they would sit on the steps stocking the apartment. If you have kids this isn’t a place for them. On Easter Sunday my car got hit and I reported it to the office and nothing was done. After I started reporting things that’s when they started calling my husband and complaining about are service dog witch he is very sweet and wouldn’t hurt anyone his favorite people are kids. If you report things that shouldn’t be happening they will turn around and start finding things to complain on about you. We seen so many drug overdoses drug dealing’s people robbing other people. This place ain’t worth the price they charge. I’m working on getting my deposit and my rent back because if you think about it caused more issues living here then everyone already had. The rating fit. Usually I look at ratings before I go by any apartments complexes .today I was in the area mixed with looking for a place to live and I stopped by. The management team was incompetent at best .a bucket of non-critical thinkers .to the owners of this property if you consistently have vacancies look to the people you have in the office. I hate that I left without getting names because I will put names with my report .I came in with positive energy and looking for a 3and 2. I tried everything to make the process work .they don't take apps after 4 they don't work on the weekends they don't accept you if you make to much they don't want you if you come in happy!! The negative energy in that office is demon level I finally got to the point that I told them I'm a perfect candidate and Im trying to move forward and it seems like there fighting for me to leave .so I removed myself and dusted my feet off as I was walking out in amazement .I wouldn't want to live there after that experience . Call the Duncanville police before moving here and if that's not enough call for takeout and you'll see no one deliveries anything there. I've seen people get shot in the afternoon time. A woman and this Hispanic guy was snorting coke in their car. The elementary school has been broken into several times by people who live there and the Valero gas station has been robbed by people who live there as well as Tom Thumb. We all need a place to live but make this your last choice if you're desperate. A lot of fake reviews here saying positive stuff that just isn't true.
