That's the first time I've been inside since covid hit, it was nice and the employees were respectful and had smiles ☺️ , but I was the only customer there , John waited on me and I had a few things asked and it was quick and easy I was in a hurry but the 2 employees were so nice I started talking with them and the lady I didn't get her name was trying to sale my a tablet , that is something I need but can't afford right now, but she had me🤔 thinking about that tablet and the deal,,, I started with metro when they first came out on the 4 lines for $25,. I've had some problems off and on over the years with the service but i stuck with them because of the price rates , but they always improve the service and I'm happy to have stuck with them because I have friends who talk bad about metro PCs but really they're all mad at the service they have with someone else and always changing services , then I would say switch to metro PCs I never have problems with them, but then they say there the worst , well my bill is cheap and my phone was cheap and I'm not complaining about the service and that only happened like 3 times out of 10yrs so I'm sorry for them I have the best deal 😉👍📞📞📞 metro when I'm I gonna get one of those Kool shirts again , I received a shirt a few years ago on a Saturday they were given away cup holders as well and...
Read moreWent in today 7/27 to switch my line to get a free iPhone 11 and was told it would be about $200 after questioning why a man named Gobi came by messed around with the computer and told me it would be 150 and change at which point I asked for an itemized receipt and was told I would only receive one one the payment was made which I agreed too once my payment was taken I was told the printer was not working and that they would email it to me after a few moments a receipt printed out which she quickly grabbed balled up and attempted to throw it away at which point I asked to see it and could see I was charged for 2 30 dollar screen protectors totaling about $64 at which point they became very anxious and after calling them out and being lied to over and over was given $64 in cash they still refused to give me my receipt for the charges and was told it would be emailed the entire experience seemed fishy from the start unfortunately I can’t remember the Hispanic woman’s name who helped me but I do remember gopis name specially please be cautious as they are actively scamming for extra commission and adding extra features such as insurance and Mexico and Canada calling...
Read moreMy mom needed assistance today and an employee by the name of Alex was very rude. My mom left the store crying. He called her rude and said that she broke her phone and that she didn’t have insurance. He didn’t help her and was just not kind. Whether my mom was in distress or not it’s an employees job to provide customer service that is kind to customers not rude. He didn’t give her any assistance and she was there for three hours trying to file a claim.
He told my mom what could be wrong with it. My mom doesn’t speak technology and asked him if he could write down what was wrong with the phone. He wrote it down and I have attached the note. The note doesn’t even make sense.
I just hope this is seen by the owners and managers higher than him because this is unacceptable. To make a customer so upset they cry is just not even kind. It’s passed bad customer service.
