Not that great. Mediocre at best. In my opinion you can get better chicken at Popeyes, down the street on Merritt Blvd, or most of the Rofos (royal farms) around here. Most of the employees are either young or lazy. It's unfortunate, cause the fast food places could be great places around here if they were like most in Japan or some other nice places overseas! Where they pay decent wages and the food is actually good for u and its a luxury to go out to these restaurants. I worked for several FF places around Dundalk over the years when I needed extra money or just needed a quick job. The kids that work at these places are disrespectful to the managers and don't wanna really work for their pay. I mean coming from a father of 2 n someone who has a teen that may work at one of these, they need to pay better. If they paid better they'd probably get better employees. However, u get what u pay for. I can't even eat at these places anymore they destroyed my stomach. My kids love them even tho I try to show them that ff is unhealthy and not a place to work if u wanna make something of yourself. The food here is bad, the service is as good as it's gonna get n the atmosphere is dirty. It must be this area cause the McDonald's and some of the other places on this street are just as bad. If u only get to treat yourself now and then like we do cause it's just too expensive nowadays to eat out, go somewhere else cause u WILL b disappointed n most likely not have all ur order or its just wrong and when u go and tell the managers they give...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience! I went inside and waited over 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by someone who said they would be right with me. Before then, several employees approached the register I was standing in front of, but made no eye contact with me. They were busy talking on their cell phones and laughing with one another. Although there were some cars in the drive-thru, I was the only person in the dining room aside from a woman who had already ordered & was waiting to be served. During my long wait, a total of 5 patrons entered & then left after witnessing the lack of urgency being displayed by the employees. As my wait time approached the 30-minute mark, I decided to follow those other patrons and walk out as well, leaving that woman who had already ordered behind. I've been to busy restaurants before but typically get recognized by a staff member to let me know they see me and more often than not, apologize for the long wait. We've had poor service from this store in the past, but today's encounter was unacceptable and represents my final visit to this KFC. I can't imagine ownership is aware of how this store is being so poorly managed but then again, with so many negative reviews on Google, you have to wonder how they wouldn't. In the end, I drove over to Chicken Rico right around the corner (which is where I should've visited initially) and had a much healthier meal with far superior customer service. This...
Read moreThe absolute worst KFC I've ever gone to. Multiple bad experiences. We were told there would be a 3 minute wait for the tenders we ordered. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting. My son finally went in. They took the receipt and had to start making the food again. While he was in there a guy brought his food back and said "I ordered white meat and you gave me dark". He gave it back they replaced the meal, he checked it and said "this is also dark meat". That is mind-blowing. I called the 800 number to complain. I dropped off my son and his friend, and they called me to say one of the wraps was missing. I called the 800 number again to complain and went back to the store. They were very unprofessional and very lax about things. Singing loud, moving slow. My teenage sons friend suggested that they were high. That would make sense considering that you give someine dark meat two times. The alternative is you are just this uneducated about chicken and in that case I blame the manager who should be fired. It is so obvious that there is a friendship relationships rather than employer/employee relationships. I am baffled by this KFC's ability to stay open. I pray that we all in Dundalk stop going to this KFC so that perhaps the Colonel could rise from the dead and to teach them a thing it two about chicken and...
