ZERO STARS... DO NOT STOP... DO NOT STOP.... KEEP ON GOING RUN FOR YOUR LIFE THE REVIEWS DONT LIE !! This by far is worst location I've visited and I can't wait for it to CLOSE they will not last. I tried this location 3 times the service was very slow one person making orders and ringing orders on all of my visits. One person working the line and register is insane especially on a Friday. I waited over 30 mins today for 3 bowls and was given the excuse that all of the employees working were in training. This was the exact excuse I received a few months ago! A rotating door of employees speaking volumes of the management of this location clearly the owner doesn't care about the franchise. Tonight people walked out because the service was so slow and instead of working as a team having someone else jump on the line they had employees walking around chopping vegetables grilling chicken, 2 girls talking in the corner. I asked for assistance with the line, they called over a Spanish worker to come assist the line, after about 7 other customers came in and were waiting for some time as well. The young male they had working the line was EXTREMELY SLOW if this wasn't his first job fast food is definitely NOT for him. He didn't know how to operate the register, constantly needing assistance helping the same one customer it took him 10 to mins to make one bowl for.It makes more sense to service the customers in store instead of having money walk out of the door it was over 7 employees working it should have been no reason why one person should be doing the job of two people especially while in training. The food was terrible overcooked and tasteless the best part of the bowl was the corn. they had no salad dressing, dirty drink station, barely any napkins out I didn't see straws and no fresh lemonades all options were empty. The manager Kaitlyn offered for me to wait 5 mins while she make the vinaigrette after standing in line for 30 mins with only 3 teenage customers ahead of me I absolutely won't wait for dressing that should be prepped. Send Kaitlyn back to the line she didn't have a good attitude or communication skills to manage anyone. She lacks leadership, I would have never imagined she was management, she walked passed the counter several times and never did anything to assist until someone called for her.The employees attitudes are disgusting MIN WAGE BEHAVIOR and they didn't have a team spirit at all.
Issues like this is why a lot of businesses are closing .... open today.. closed tomorrow!
Drive down to eastern ave... I've never had a bad experience there even while in training ! Run the reviews don't lie $47 wasted ..... I ended up at Popeyes. Make food great again lol It's too hard out here to be wasting money and getting bad service with attitude.

This location is roughly a mile from my house and I have dined here about 10-12 times within a month or two. About 90% of the time (yes 90%) they were “out of white rice” and we had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to prepare a new batch with ZERO sense of urgency! How does a restaurant who primarily sells burritos (containing mostly rice) allow themselves to run out of white rice?? That’s like Chick Fil A running out of chicken!! The employees do not care and it clearly shows in their workmanship. They literally have very loud, complete conversations amongst one another and using profanity, about their personal lives while a dining room full of people (families and young children) are waiting for their food! After several horrible experiences and multiple attempts to notify the manager of this circus, today’s visit topped them all. Not only did I get into a confrontation about the employee giving me half sized portions, the manager sat there and said that it “was normal sized portions”. I quickly corrected them and said that 1/3 cup of rice wasn’t the “normal sized portion” and the young boy who worked there wanted to argue about it. That boy was no older that 18 years old and he was high as a kite! Between servings he was slurring his words and could barely stand on his own two feet! Today was the last time that I visit this location. I will take my business elsewhere if I were you. They must recruit their employees from the local methadone clinic. After waiting a decade for Chipotle to open this store in Dundalk, I’d rather drive 30 minutes away and visit another store. No wonder why their sales and reviews...
Read morePossibly the worst chipotle in baltimore, the night manager dark-skin guy is very ignorant and rude. will have you standing in line for minutes without proper communication that there is no stock or choice of food that you would like. Very slow, no one seems to know what they are doing nor there roll standing in line for 20 min just for a young lady to ask what i had wanted and as soon as she asked the manager tells her to do something else regardless of me standing there waiting for food and still never managed to get service because i left after waiting another 5 min of waiting. Chicken was not cooked had to wait for that, black beans were not cooked, and they were low on steak so barely any meat to choose from then he proceeds with an attitude saying she is cooking and cutting up the steak give her another 5 min which idk how u can do both. Worst experience i don ever had at an chipotle and will be contacting corporate for my free meals.
