**I wanted to update this review because my original review was 6yrs ago. I am so very happy to say we are STILL enjoying our movie dates here. Always service with a smile, affordable ticket prices, free refills on drinks and popcorn, and if there is ever a problem with the projections it is fixed super fast! So yes, 6yrs later we still stand by our seal of approval. If what you want is a clean theater, comfortable seats at a great price then you will enjoy coming here for a movie. If you want fancy upscale restaurant and alcoholic beverages during your movie then this may not be the place for you. Either way, I wanted to update this review to say We still enjoy coming here and hoped to continue coming here for many more years. Great job! Keep up the good work.

We have been going to this theater since before the renovations and we were happy even then.....although after the renovations, it is like wow!!!! They did the renovations and have kept their word that it would not increase ticket price. The chairs are amazingly comfortable, the service is friendly and the ticket prices are great.....concession stand prices are about the same as in other theaters. I tried to give it 4.5 stars (site only ket me put in whole star ratings)because EVERY place always has room for improvement....here it would probably be in the bathrooms....the bathrooms are ALWAYS very clean but some of the doors don't quite lock correctly (like the height of door fallen or something) and compared to the pretty new surroundings, the bathrooms look a little dated....though very clean and functional .... all things taken into consideration, I am extremely happy with this theater and I hope they continue to provide quality service and movies at these prices for a long long time :)...

We haven’t been to the show since Classic Cinemas shut the theaters down, don’t remember if it was February or March 2020. We usually go to the Woodstock or Fox Lake theater but nothing was playing that we wanted to see. We chose Classic Cinemas 12 as we wanted to see Walking With Herb. We are relocating to North Carolina in a few weeks & wanted to use our reward points. There has been a glitch with the new computer system, so I guess we will use it next week or when we travel back to the area. Classic Cinemas has always been the best run theater group hands down. Always a hard working group of employees who are courteous & friendly. All of their theaters are top notch. Luxurious, heated reclining leather seats, clean throughout each theater and always great ticket prices. Free refills on popcorn, soda & Slushee’s. I once talked to a man in the city who happened to own a few theaters in Chicago and he said the people that run Classic Theaters are very sharp business people who know how to run a theater. I have to agree. They are the best. Never had a bad experience. Favorite time is the Christmas holiday season in Woodstock & seeing all the lights & that big, bright theater marquee. Takes me back to my childhood in Chicago with all the great local theaters. I give Classic Cinemas a 10. Hope they never change & are around for...

My husband and I were tired of the Marcus Theater price gouging so decided to try this theater instead and had a great experience! The tickets and concessions are way more affordable here and we thought all the snacks were tasty. We were also pleasantly surprised how comfy and spacious the recliners are. I only took one star off because they don't have very many concession options, just popcorn, pretzel bites, nachos, churro bites and the standard variety of movie candy and drinks. Most other theaters have more offerings these days, but maybe a limited menu is how this place keeps their costs down for all I know, so I'll take the lowe prices any day! I can see why people love this place and we'll definitely be back to see more movies here 😊
