La Vieja Michoacana — Restaurant in Dundee Township

Terrible and pretty dirty. Went in and waited in line and when asked who was next I gave my order. The woman didn't seem to be paying attention so I repeated my order. She then skipped me because I went in with my sister even though we were paying separately. They apparently group people together. I was fine with that until the other lady asks for my order and then tells me she doesn't have the item. Why the other woman couldn't tell me they didn't have what I wanted is beyond me instead of ignoring me and moving on. That's not good...

My niece had ordered an ice cream with sour patch kids on top & the lady grabbed the sour patch kids with her bare hands.

My nephew ordered ice cream with sprinkles on top & the container fell and sprinkles fell all over the top of the sliding door of the freezer that contains the ice cream. When we where paying, I saw her collect all the sprinkles and put them back on...

This place does not even deserve a star. Terrible service. I walked in, waited in line. Of course since I'm not full Hispanic they take care of every other person first. Even the people who they clearly seen walk in after me. The place wasn't even as busy as it usually is. Never again will I spend my money there. Not to mention, it's very filthy.
