I’m not sure what it is and why the store is stuck in the dark ages, but they simply cannot seem to update their hours to when they actually ARE open. They’re closed at random days whenever they feel like it, which is fine but as a business, you should have communication surrounding the days that you’re closed so your customers don’t have to go all the way out there on a whim, hoping your store is open. They never have their open or close sign on so you can see if they’re actually open, and the door sign is no better. On occasion they might have somebody sitting at the register otherwise you simply have to wait until they view you on the camera system They probably have set up and come see what you need. Always doing hair out the back of shop and never attending to customers in a timely manner… shame it is the only store out this way that has hair, best believe that’s the only reason they get business. Not a horrible shop, but definitely NOT a productive modern business set up. Would love to continue to be a faithful customer, but it’s hard when you constantly can never get in touch with and purchase from them.
