Liberty Lanes — Local services in Dundee Township

Used to like it here. Yesterday I went with my family and a few friends to celebrate my moving out of state and I chose to go here because we lost my mom in November and she and I had bowled there in a league. I had also spent a lot of money sponsoring a league there a few years back. There were 12 of us including 6 kids. There were probably 3 other lanes in use and the rest were empty. We asked if we could have a third lane and were told no and that someone was supposed to be coming in an hour to use to two empty ones to our right and that there was going to be a league using all of the empty ones to our left. I asked if we could use one of the lanes for the league until they needed it and they said no because they needed to oil them before the league started. Long story short, we left after over an hour later after finishing one game each and one of the lanes to our right was empty the whole time and I didn't see any of the ones to the left getting oiled. They saved us about $50 by not letting us use another lane but also kept us from having time to enjoy...

One star for they kept coming up to me and my wife to tell us to claim our kids down and to keep them off the lanes. When my oldest daughter was helping her sister bowl. Also they wouldn't let my 3 year bowl, because she didn't have shoes. Well then you need to provide shoes that are that small. So i told them to bad I'm still gonna let her bowl. Another thing we ordered food, when it was done they called us over the loud speaker to pick up there food at the same time I seen one of the workers bring these guys there food right to the table. I dont know maybe someone else will have a better experience than me but they will not get another dime from me. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have kids unless they are big. Wouldn't say this is a kid...

We went here with family (including kids) since our local bowling place was packed and had an hr wait. The customer service was pretty bad, the food was not that great, and overall place was a bit rundown-ish. The lady who was taking our order was kinda rude when we asked her about a certain item on the menu, wouldn't answer it properly... I mean come on, you're taking my order, have the decency to describe the item to me if i don't know what it is. The help desk guy was pretty ok, he came over and helped us a couple of times when our lane got stuck and didn't give us attitude for "bothering" him. Overall, it's an ok place... if you can get past the food and customer service then...
