Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dundee Township

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Since they have remodeled, my fiance and I have gone here several times receiving terrible service each time. The first time we ordered through the mobile app, we waited a good amount of time and went to pick it up. When we arrived their screen was full of unfulfilled orders and I could see workers (most likely trainees) who were literally standing there doing nothing and looking confused. I attributed it to new employees trying to learn so I was trying to be understanding of the situation. It took us well over 45 minutes to get our food. Our food finally arrived and it was cold and overall very messily made. The second time we ordered food - shortly after lunch time - they ran out of food, we're pushing customers away and the it was a trainwreck to say the least. I again waited for the food for over 45 minutes. Fast forward two weeks to today - we decided to give this TB another chance. Ordering from the App - we received a notification that the food was ready and when we arrived we waited 5 minutes until someone finally asked us if we had been helped and they told us that they gave our order to someone else. We had to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. You have had well over a month to get your stuff together and yet three visits in there have yet to be any improvements in your service and efficiency. I don't know why you're still open. We are not...

Had such a bad experience with this location tonight. We kindly asked the employee in the window if he could give us sauce and he gave us just 3 packets and once we asked for more he proceeded to roll his eyes and just give us about 3 more and it’s not like we had a small order.. then we get home and our items are literally trash. I was able to capture a picture of some of the items to show how bad they were made. Almost all of our items had about 3 pieces of meat and just when I thought I had atleast 2 good items it looked like employees decided to add EXTRA sour cream and cheese etc.. to make it seem like it was very full .. literally no meat !!!!! And For our quesadilla they barely even tried to cut it ( like other Taco Bell’s usually do ) and also barely anything inside … these items were proof that employees just did not care .. so sad that Taco Bell isn’t so much on the cheap side $$ and they are providing this kind of service and food. It’s like they are literally running out of meat .. if that is the case why not JUST CLOSE DOWN !! So upsetting .…. The burrito in the picture is literally a JOKE .. This Friday morning 7/12/2024 at 9:47am i went to get something for breakfast with my wife, i asked the lady if she could give me a couple minutes to look at the menu (drive through). She said yes let her know when i was ready. We were looking and all of the sudden we hear a lady say in Spanish “if you don’t know what you want why do you come”. That was very rude, unprofessional, that was my my worst experience I’ve had. In all my years i have never been through this. This kind people should not be working at restaurants. I will be going to talk to the manager of Taco Bell, Carpentersville, Illinois. RT 25 This things cannot be happening. An also i will be calling head quarters. I am really mad, my wife didn’t let me get down off the truck to talk to the manager in turn. But i will be going to talk to the manager. Very poor service, i will be talking to my friends and relatives and who ever i can about this. To stop going to this Taco Bell. There were no cars behind us, it was not a rush hour.
