Starbucks — Restaurant in Dundee Township

went today for holiday cup launch when opened. for some reason they only had 1 bear cup out which a man took smh, but i overheard the worker say their store got 2? so obviously an employee put it on hold which is against policy but sure. also idk her name but she was making the drinks this morning, when everyone was looking at the hello kitty cups she legit went infront of everyone and grabbed like 4 merch items and took them in the back with her.. uh okay, her dad ig also put a cup on the counter and she said "just give it to me ill buy it" she was also on her phone calling someone at one point which is super unsanitary as she was making drinks. check cameras, i can promise you. also the girl at the register messed up my drink order lmfao, and also my baked goods were wrong...

Not a place where they listen to your order haha! Every time I come to this location, the trend tends to be that -typically the ladies who work here- don't actually listen to your order, need you to repeat it several times, and will still manage to get it wrong...oh and over charge you on top of that. They are also not aware of what is and is not on their current menu. Certain employees don't even seem to know the store number... you know the number they print on every label... its just a lesson in lazy management. Meanwhile stores located very near this one never have issues... Pass on the headache... even though that is always avaliable at...

I was really disappointed yesterday 4/2 around 4 pm because I went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks. When I went to pay I asked the girl if I could add a grande Java chip Frappuccino and she said no that I had to go around because they were busy. There were only two cars behind me and I was still waiting for my drinks. I have never been told this in any Starbucks before. Like I said I was really disappointed in this barista she has black long hair, full on make up, tall and skinny. She needs to be nicer to costumers. I have never been treated like this in this store. I might have to go back to the one in...
