My brothers and I visited Garcia Jewelry for the first time on a Sunday afternoon at the Elgin Mall, in Dundee, with some gold pieces to get appraised & hopefully sell. Everyone there is both very friendly, helpful, and doesn't mind answering questions. A special thanks to both Bernice and her brother Allen, who efficiently and patiently answered all of our many questions! Their mom is very nice too and has been in the Jewelry business for 30 years, we were told! Allen and his mom made us a good offer for our items, which we accepted. We also did ask two other jewelers in the mall for estimates, and Garcia Jewelry's offer was the best! Great customer service with a strong family oriented business. Very refreshing to see, a positive experience. Their jewelry selection is VERY large as well. Thanks again to everyone there & we would definitely do business with you all...
