Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dundee Township

Worse little caesar's. If i could give it a no star i would. Im always waiting 30minutes to an hour for my pizza. 1-2 workers are always just standing around doing nothing when there are people waiting for their food. They can never seem to get my order right. And when it is right, its undercooked and i have to finish cooking it at home. The only thing ever correct is my 2liter soda and thats because i can grab it myself and its pre-packaged. Worse customer service. Tonight, the guy doing absolutely nothing. Went in the back to yell at his coworkers. Then came back up front to do nothing. Lazy people, bad food, undercooked food, never ever on time even if i call ahead or order online. I ordered online at 6:40 for 1 most bestest, 1 bread stick and 1 2 liter. Got my food at 7:40. A regular pizza, breadsticks with nothing on them, literally just bread sticks and no...

Poor Service. Employees standing around talking in the prep area. Approximately 7 customers in store and they decided then was the time to train a new employee on the cash register. One customer ordered four orders of breadsticks. When his order came up he opened every bag and proceeded to ask for more in each bag. His orders was then placed back in the warmer, after he had opened them!!! They had to cook more. He was then given more breadsticks while I had to wait for mine. BUY ANOTHER ORDER!! Customers were waiting on there orders during this whole fiasco. It was obvious he had a friend in the kitchen. Doubtful if I will come back and will advise others of my experience. I'll pay a little for pizza somewhere else with...

So - it is true you get what you pay for! They might be the lowest cost pizza and used to be good but like many things in this country, quality has gone by the wayside. 1st - they claim hot 'n ready....last 3 visits have had to wait up to 15 minutes (btw behind a crowd in a small space with no one wearing masks & employees not even wearing gloves...yikes). 2nd - today's visit which will most likely be my last, the pizza looked and tasted as though it was made much earlier in the day and reheated. The crust was close to burned and too chewy/hard and stale so had to be cut off. The upper part was definitely over cooked (or cooked twice). Looks like I'll have to drive farther or get home delivery for some good and...
