I had to deal with a nightmare manager. I only know her first name was Teresa. She was rude and I am completely surprised that she was even a manager. A problem with a transaction occurred when my daughter and I made a purchase for $199, not on our end, the store had a problem with their tablet showing that a transaction was made. They were unable to produce any type of receipt showing that a transaction was made in this amount. Teresa had informed us that she would have to recharge the debit card which now showed on my daughters banks account that there were now two charges in the amount of $199. I had asked Teresa the manager if she could please write a receipt that showed that this should be voided just to be sure that there would be no problem with my bank. She absolutely refused to give any type of receipt. She was rude. I ended up requesting that she call corporate, which she claims she did not have their number. I then asked her to call her regional manager. She said she had no clue who that was and then finally she said she could call customer care who then advised her to give me a hand written note stating that at their store, there was an error in charge made to my account. After her upsetting me, and this taking over an hour of my time and trying to get some sort of resolution, she then sarcastically wished me a merry Christmas as I walked out the door. I have given this location quite a bit of business as well as family members I advise you not to shop at this location, the manager is a nightmare, and should not be working with the public. I highly recommend you do your Pandora shopping at a different location. If you run into any problems, Teresa, the manager will not be there to assist you she will only be there to fight with you. She was completely sarcastic and rude, and the only other way I can describe her was that she was an adult bully. I will not be back at this location. I will drive all the way to Schaumburg before going across the street to a store that is only five minutes from my house then to have to deal with Teresa. This woman...

I gave this location almost 500.00 worth of sale and what does Theresa do ruin my day and cause great inconvenience. I bought 2 bracelets for my daughters for new years gift and unfortunately the size was too big. I went to the store literally within 30 mins and asked her politely to help me exchange the size that fit my daughters wrist. Instantly she said NO! I asked her several times but she refused to help. All she said was if i help u then i would have to do it for evry1 else.as per policy if i had to exchange something within 30 mins of time span the manager has to honor that. But she didnt even feel the need to help. She was not helpful at all. The crowd was minimal today so I stopped in for a Jewelry cleaning. I was told by a young lady that they are not doing cleanings until January because of the holidays and they get busy. There were enough people working in the store that could have assisted me. Instead they talked to each other instead of me. No one even greeted me when I walked in. I asked the young lady was the public notified that you were not doing cleanings and she said āThis has been a thingā I asked about jewelry cleaner and the price and she said āitās only 20 dollars do you want to purchase?
