Went on a Sunday night around dinner time on a whim because I've been meaning to check It out. Casual attire. It's upscale but totally laid back. Restaurant ambiance is decent. Bar type atmosphere. Several TVs to watch large bar area and table tops. Outdoor patio. A little weird that it's a part of a Doctor's office building which kinda takes away from it but decent enough. They do have a large wood grill on site which is cool to see. Seated quickly and server checked on us right away and got drink orders in. Wife and I each ordered craft beers. She a nice cocoa Stout and myself a Juicy IPA. LOVED the stout. Juicy IPA was decent. Good, but not amazing. Flavor could have been a little bolder. Great prices on all the beers and they have many on tap. All locally made in-house. Growlers available as well. Really enjoyed the Fang Banger Blood Orange IPA. Tastes and smells AMAZING. Wife and I both ordered German fare that they have for Oktoberfest. She ordered a Wurst plate and I ordered the Wienerschnitzel. They were both VERY tasty. There was a couple of the sausages that my wife had that were some of THE BEST sausages I've ever had... Schnitzel breading was PERFECT and golden brown. very tasty and crispy but meat was still tender and juicy. Joined the growler club as well since 14$ base price was too good to pass up. My only complaint was the bar was a little slow pumping out drinks even though there was only a few people in there other than us. Kinda was weird because we were sitting right close to the bar and could see our server standing around waiting for our beers to be poured by the Bartender. Server was nice about it and kept apologizing even though we could tell it wasn't his fault. I will be back again to try different beers as well as the wines they make on site as well. Great variety of food available on the menu as well. Prices are all reasonable for what you are getting. A very solid local restaurant.

My wife and I went to this restaurant with a few of our friends a couple Fridays ago during the bad storms. I have to say that this place is the perfect place for adults who want to have some drinks, watch sports, and eat good food, while enjoying a conversation without a lot of loud noise. When entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted and seated since we had a reservation. It was very clean inside and not very empty. Our waitress came and waited on us not too long after being seated and brought us our drinks. My wife and I ordered the Burrata for our appetizer and our friends ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. Both appetizers were really good. For the main course meal, my wife ordered the fish special and the rest of us ordered the Bistro Medallions with the garlic parmesan topping. The steak medallions came out hot, fresh and made to order. My wife really liked the fish special. Overall the food was very good. There are a few things that I didn't enjoy very much, which is why I took off a star. They are minor items, but can be a deal breaker to some. 1. The Burrata appetizer was $15.99 and way too expensive for the small serving size that came to the table. I feel this is perfect for one person to eat. 2. The garlic parmesan topping on the steak medallions didn't have much flavor. If you had the topping at Longhorn, then this isn't even a comparable topping. The steak was delicious though. 3. There were several times during our dinner that the waitress would not come back to the table to check up on us. We waited a good ten minutes after we finished our appetizer before our dinner order was taken. Our check took way too long to be brought to us. The waitress did a very good job overall and went above and beyond when she did some to the table.

We've been wine club members with another establishment for several years, we decided to try a new place. The restuarant itself had a nice seating area, bar and outdoor seating area. We decided to join the wine club as we liked what we saw when we walked in. The lady behind the tasting area was friendly and explained the wine club. We did our tasting, but were not overly impressed with the wines they offered in the tasting. The first was a Rose' which simply didn't have much flavor. We were kind of disappointed in the fact they had so many wines available but only able to sample the 7 offered. After we were done with our tasting we were promptly seated. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We ordered appetizers. The Brussel sprouts were delicious, the pretzel bites had so much garlic they were hard to eat. We then ordered onion soup, it was ok, not great. I ordered the mile high corned beef and the rest of the table ordered brisket sandwiches. The corned beef sandwich came out perfect looking, a huge mound of corned beef, it was juicy and tender, came with a good amount of fries. After a few bites I could hardly eat anymore. The corned beef was so incredibly salty it was inedible. The brisket sandwiches while they said were ok but not great were over dressed with bbq sauce and cheeses sauce you couldn't taste what little meat was on the bun. Each sandwich only contained a tiny amount of meat the rest was sauce and onion straws. I let the waitress know my corned beef sandwich was inedible. It was taken off the bill and a bit later the chef came and apologized and stated the corned beef came to them already brined. After leaving we discussed how disappointed we were in our whole experience we decided we didn't really enjoy anything about the experience with the tasting or the food. It wasn't a place we would be willing to come back to and decided to just cancel our membership. My husband went back, the owner gave him a hard time canceling our membership. He didn't believe our food was as bad as we stated and was offended we didn't enjoy the wine tasting. He was insistent we give it a 3 month try before we could cancel. There was no apology for our experience and he tried to discount everything my husband said was wrong with our experience. Completely underwhelmed with the...

I really don’t even want to get into it but you’re better off at Olive Garden. Really that bad for the price. Frozen and then rehydrated pasta is what she the manager apologized for that was severely undercooked on a $27 seafood Alfredo dish with tiny overcooked scallops and undercooked pasta. Never, ever again. The wood fired pizza was pretty good after they made it right the second time but nothing better than your standard wood fired Mod Pizza in a strip mall.

I’m not comparing your restaurant to the Olive Garden, just telling future customers to go there instead. It’s not even fair to compare your restaurant to something like a Francesca’s, any of their locations because your food and service isn’t in the same league. Then the audacity for you to try and defend it. Just own it and say, I’m sorry about your bad experience, we are taking measures to fix the issue. Scratch kitchen? Why don’t you guys just make your own fresh pasta in-house instead of importing it. Or find someone that knows how to cook the noodles. The other sad thing is the waitress blamed the pizza cooks for missing an ingredient on the first pizza, she said I put it on the ticket, I’ll have them make another one. Checked the receipt when I got home and the third ingredient wasn’t on there. Whoever is running this place is setting the accountability example and they just don’t have any.

Just read the unprofessional replies from whoever is running this place and that should fill you in.

By far the best thing about this place was there was no wait to sit down to eat on a Friday night at dinner time. That should have threw up a red flag. Now we know why.

If you want a meal with great service that matches the price of the menu, go to one of the Francesca’s restaurants. If you’re thinking about trying this place you’re better off eating the frozen section food at Olive Garden.

Keep up the good work, I’m sure everyone is wrong about their bad experiences at your scratch kitchen restaurant and that’s why your rating is so low. I will definitely share my experience. I’m sorry if it hurts your business but you only have yourself to blame for that...
