Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Dunedin

I went into this store on Feb 18,2016 and had to buy a new phone because mine was stolen while I was over in Dunedin. The phone I purchased was a LG K7 ... I bought the phone , a case , a SD card and a screen protector. The person behind the counter ( YANA ) put the protector on and told me that the bubbles would be gone within 24 hours ... well they did not go away and the protector started lifting down the whole right side. I am disabled and could not get back over there so I called over there and explained the problem to another employee ( A Young Man ) and he said that they would give me another one. I told him that I lived in Lakeland so I would be having a friend come in and pick it up for me. When my friend went in to pick it up yesterday 3/9/2016 the employee behind the counter charge them for it after telling me they would replace it for nothing. My phone would not charge. After waiting for 2 people ahead of me, a very agitated dude told me the charger housing was mangled, the screen would not appear the phone was history. This is Sunday, 9/3. I was not interested in the phone options he wanted to sell to me. The 3 phones I picked out showed final price. He quoted a higher price than what was shown. Each of the 3 I picked out were not available. He told me to go to the Metro store at the Walmart plaza. I asked him if he was sure because my phone wasn't working and I could not check. I drove there. There is no metro store at that location. By then my phone started to work. The screen setting was set to low, that's why it did not light up. I called the dude. He insisted the store was there. Then he told me while I was gone he called his boss and the phone I wanted just arrived while I was gone, I could come back and buy it.Here's a 411 to people who hate their jobs and the people who employ them - leave...

Everytime I have an issue with my phone or need a new one, the Metro store in Dunedin is where I go. I've never had any issues with them. On Wed's the 29th of July, I came to the store with some phone issue's as well as a durable phone case. Josh was the employee that day that helped me, he was very kind, caring, and helpful. He fixed my phone and I could tell he really cared unlike some other Metro employees (Not Joe) at other stores. I just wanted to thank Josh for great customer service, and to keep up the good work. I have already recommended all my friends and family to go see Josh or Joe at the Dunedin Metro store. I'd like to also say Thanks to Joe for going above and beyond to help me with some technology issues today that I'd prob never understand. Joe, you are a good person and go out of your way to help people. I HIGHLY recommend Joe or Josh to help you with any phone issues...
