I just relocated back to Dunedin from Miami and could not find my vape supple box. I went into Vaper Club where I use to get my juice and bought my mods. I just wanted a cool for my Eleaf that I bought from there. They did not have the coil so I just wanted a cheap vape for the time being. I never had such poor customer service in a vape shop. Patrick made me feel judged when requesting for prices. He beat around the bush on questions and did not seem interested in providing providing service. After I bought a vape and juice he didnāt give me explain details or care to set up the vape with me. I found out more information about my vape at a vape kiosk in the mall. Most of my questions about products and juice were answered with those are expensive or they are around the same price with out giving me an exact price. I was quiet specific on my questions that I repeated and received answers like āthere around 30 to 50$.ā I have an account with the company and after the transaction was complete and I remembered my military discount I was told āIāll remember next timeā as he walked away and told me āgood luck.ā After being a regular for over a year the store has gone down hill. The only reason Iāll come back to the store is to return the product. After asking for a menu of juices and asked if they still make their own juices I was told we never did that. He could have told me they use to add nicotine to house flavors but I was pretty upset and did t want to start...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust stopped in to this store for the first time on the recommendation of another vape store that was out of the device I wanted. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Granted, it was 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night but I knew exactly what I was looking for. The female employee behind the counter just could not be bothered. She got the device out of the case, asked how many pods I wanted and gave me a total. I asked if she could perhaps run me through the operation of the device since it was new to me. She reluctantly took it out of the box, asked if I had my juice with me (I didn't - it was at home) and then gave me a 15 second explanation of how it worked. Every question I asked was replied to with a one word answer. I inquired if there was an open bottle of e-juice so that I could try out the device and was told "no". Seriously??? Like you don't have any open samples of e-juice? How the hell do people try the different products and flavors??? I'm spending $55 and you can't spare a mL of e-juice? It was like she just wanted me gone so she could close and start enjoying her night. If I wasn't in a bind to get a new device, I would have demanded she give me a refund and walked out the door. I added a star because they had the device I wanted in stock (although only in 1 color) and was offered a bag. I most definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off, I'd like to say that Vapors Club is hands down the best vape shops in the area. Their pricing is a testament to how honest they are. They're pricing on juice as well as their mods is more than fairly priced. Also, their staff is very knowledgeable about ALL facets of their products as well as manufacturer warranties despite what previous reviewers have said, when they cry because they don't know how to read well enough to understand the instructions of the product that they're buying; which the staff always explains indepth to you all the inner workings of the device you've purchased. The only thing I can complain about is that there's not enough pictures in the warranty section; which might be confusing to those that are on a first grade reading level and only use what little writing skills they have to write horribly inaccurate reviews on great stores . Also, I know some dim lit customers lack the mental capacity to lock their auto firing mod that can and will fire on its own while in your pocket, burning up your coil as well as your leg. I heard Phisher Price is releasing a kid safe mod that'll be more suitable for these...
