6-22-24 I am never coming back here. They treat customers so badly here The female manager is belligerent talked over me. What happened was I asked them about my points the manager said you need to go on the website sign in and see what is avalable choose reward and then go to drive thru and show them what i have? This is such pathetic lazy customer service. No other dispensaries do this they look it up and give you the discount on the spot. Another major problem today was they stapled my bag shut, I tried to see where my $16 in change was it was not in the bag! I looked everywhere. Finally when I opened the flyer it was stuck in there. Most everytime I've been there the last 2 years they ask if i want my change or license seperate, and I do! Once before they had it hidden at bottom of bag it was thrown away! I could not find the $16 change anywhere! I called and spoke to female manager. Who refused to listen to me berated me and talked over me. She said "we do it separately as a courtesy" over and over. I am treated a loyal customer who's spent thousands at this business like a dog. I told her I will never be back and I mean it everytime I was treated badly unprofessionally here. I gave them a second chance. That's fine. Sunnyside and Curaleaf treat me amazing they are incredibly professional and treat me like a valued customer. Not subhuman. That manager is a super unhappy dark person. Sunnyside now delivers for FREE!! WHY WOULD I WAIT IN YOUR DRIVE THRU LINE FOR ANOTHER WIGGED OUT, UNPROFESSIONAL STONER customer service rep? I have sat in this drive thru multiple times and no one came to the window, when I came inside there were no customers and they told me sorry we didn't hear you? This place is an abomination of customer service. I have spent over $2500 here. Never again. You WILL go out of business treating your customers this way because there is So much competition! Your not the only dispensary.

Previous review. I'm lowering my stars today. I didnt want to but After a few months of poor service, I have to. Service has really gone downhill. Employees have a lackadaisical attitude and no one acts professional anymore. There is no pride in giving good customer service here anymore. Its pretty sad because they are all nice people, but their demenor is more of high school student workers. They very rarely answer the drive through in a reasonable time period. They said just call them if they dont come to the window but wow how about you monitor the drive thru! They gave me the wrong change, didnt even type in the correct amount i gave them. I also put in an order online and they called me to say they didn't have any of what I ordered? Im going to leave 3 ☆ to be fair because their prices and quality is really really good. Beware Spend more save more sale is only 10% not 50%. Cleverly worded ads to entice you into spending more money. The ad leads you to believe that if you spend $150 or more that you will receive 50% off of your order total, but when you get into the store they give you the 50% off of your subtotal because you cannot stack discounts. Yet when you go on the website every single item they have is pre marked at 40% off so realistically all you’re doing is getting an additional 10% off if you spend $150 or more. It’s incredibly deceitful because they know if they worded it correctly people would not spend the additional money to only save an additional 10%. The person who served me actually said at the beginning of our conversation that people are generally confused by the spend more save more sale and I understand why . It’s a tactic I’m sure they lean heavily on to move their subpar product. I have just recently started going to The dispensary their prices are fabulous their products are very high quality I only had one small mishap with a product it was brought to the attention of the staff and they were extremely courteous and extending me a credit I think the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly they get you in and out quickly as possible the drive-thru makes it even more convenient overall this is just a great place to visit it is extremely friendly for disability parking it is wheelchair friendly inside as well. The online menu is also easy to navigate . If you're considering a visit here they have first-time customer promotions that are super fantastic as well as current customer appreciation promotions going on throughout the year.
