I can’t say anything bad about this place. The people there are friendly and they even have a dog that greets you. Mauricio literally was the kindest person ever. He went above and beyond to fix my IPhone 11 Pro that I was giving to my son for his 13th birthday. He even found a box to put the phone in and gave me a charger, screen protector, case and a gift bag. Then he even made a label saying happy birthday to my son. I called all around and just to replace my screen it was $200 and the back camera was another $200. I went to concord cellphone repair and had my camera and screen replaced on my IPhone 11 and then screen replaced on my IPhone SE and paid $200 for both. HANDS DOWN BEST AND CHEAPEST place to go.

My phone had a huge crack on it and it started glitching on a Sunday. I called several places in the Goshen/Elkhart area and the prices were outragious and some places were even closed with only one exception, Concord Cell Phone Repair. I called on Sunday and the owner of the store answered the phone and gave me a great deal and wonderful service. They had the screen I needed and their prices were amazing and not only that, my phone was fixed in 20 minutes!!!! I will definitely come back and they have gained a customer for life!!! They also offer other services like sell cell phone and tablet sales and I was surprised at how great the prices were!!! This Man is Amazing....I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 edge So I called the Buisness and spoke with the owner he was Extremely happy to have me come in. He took my phone looked at it and IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong,Unfortunately the phone is no good But he took my name,phone number and offered to get me A Samsung S10 & Would get Ahold of me right away I HIGHLY RECOMMEND That if you have Cell phone issues Take it To This Guy He's Exceptionally Smart,Honest & explained EVERYTHING where I could understand it.
