Nice place when you walk in. Friendly staff. Or so it seems. They're rude as hell. I went in looking for soccer cleats for my daughter. First time I've ever dealt with sports. The guy showed me where the cleats I needed was. Asked me her size. She's a 5.5 Youth (I said 5, but meant 5.5) or 8 women's. He scuff laughed, we finished speaking then walked away. He proceeds to go up front and him and the other older guy proceed to make fun of me and laugh at me saying how it's not possible for her to wear those two sizes. Nevermind the fact I'm the one who buys everything for my daughter, I'm positive of what sizes she wears from head to toe. If you want to make fun of a customer, at least don't talk so loud it's as if you're standing right in front of them. That was an absolutely humiliating and embarrassing first trip to this store and I will never go back. The pics below are measurements to show she CAN wear both of those sizes. I was made fun of for literally no reason whatsoever. Hope these 2 "men" forever have the days...

So I came in with my mom and brothers and the guy (what I mean by “guy” is the REALLY mad and rude employee and he was old) so we walk in fine then I tried to lift the dumbbells to try them and I got yelled at and my brother sat on the cardio machine for testing and got yelled at too and he tried the punching bag and guess what we got yelled at. Very bad at sorting the item I found 50 in the middle of nowhere. So I would not go here unless you wanna get yelled at and he thought that I wasn’t trying to buy anything he thought I was just messing around anyways don’t go here go to Walmart. Walmart has way better customer service and you don’t get yelled at i was shoulder pressing 40 and they didn’t care...

Stopped in to pick up a riding helmet so the kids could play on an ATV at the ranch. $25 for a helmet that looked practically new. Great bargain. I was surprised to see how much equipment is available here. Play It Again is Definitely on my shopping radar now! Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. As soon as they saw me looking at a helmet on the top shelf, an assistant magically appeared with a ladder out of nowhere. That was impressive considering how busy they were.
