Taco Bell — Restaurant in Elkhart

So today, I came in and I ordered my usual (two hard tacos & potatoes) nothing too crazy. Well, I had made the assumption that the cheesy potatoes were just heated up in the microwave, i guess I was wrong because the worker crashed out and was like “I JUST SAID WE DONT HAVE FRIED FOOD” and I mean OK mb, sorry. It’s barely Tuesday… but this man just kept talking crap about me and nitpicking and bullying. Like dude… was it necessary to be like “PEOPLE LOVE TO GET YELLED AT” AND “PEOPLE ARE SO DUMB” Like hello? what’s your issue… i wish i could’ve slapped you but my actions have consequences and yours probably won’t because that’s how your job is. Mess with the wrong person one day and you’ll find out. Btw, I feel bad for that poor black woman that was working with you. Terrible service. 3 workers outside smoking and talkong.16 min wait from the time I ordered until I got my food. Left drive thru, got a 1/2 mile down the road and guess what?? Not even my order. Normally I would brush it off but nope, not this time. Went back to return my food. This time I went thru the lobby. talking. A few mins to get their attention. I let the young man know I had the wrong order, he walked away to tell the manager who didn't seem to care. Meanwhile a girl took the back from my hand, gave me the correct order and walked away without a word. It was the worse I have ever had at taco bell, stood at counter for at least 5 minutes as the employees argued about the back door being opened, then some girl walks in the front door right past me has her ear phones in, goes right to the prep table puts gloves on and starts making food ( never washed hands, I finally as if anybody is work in counter after about 45seconds the drive thru girl say she will be right with me 2 minutes later she takes my order, get home with my order open the $5 box and the chips are all crumbles, there's food all over the wrapped food, the taco looked like someone stepped on it, I did not take it back because I was so pissed I would of shoved it up someone's ass, no I did not eat the...
