Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elkhart

Came here with a group of 4 one Sunday. I'm not from around here, but i feel i should warn people of how awful this Pizza Hut is. This was sadly the only one open with a dinning room, but we were the only people there for a long time. However, it still took a while for our food to come out. That wouldn't have been an issue, but most of our wings weren't sauced much. It seemed that the cook has just dumped sauce on the bottom and threw the wings in. This wasn't the worst part though. My friend ordered two cups of cheese for her bread sticks, and they all came out cold. The bread sticks were a little cooler than room temperature, and the cups of cheese were nearly freezing. Sent the cheese back to be warmed up, and one came back with a hair in it. That got replaced by another cup of cold cheese. By this time, most of us had eaten our food and were ready to go. So we had that sent back to be heated, and it came back to us just as cold, but with a bit of condensation. The waitress that took care of the cheese was crappy towards us as well. Rebekah is her name I believe. I'm writing this the next day, and I'm pretty sure i might have gotten sick from the food here. I would not ever go back. If I could give less than one star I would. This location of Pizza Hut over charged my card and it looks like they have a dishonest employee or employees as it looks like since I ordered a delivery and tipped the driver in cash that someone thought they would get extra money for nothing and without my permission. I emailed them and called the 800 number to corporate twice and not heard back. They claim they had the wrong phone number but I know for sure they have the right number. The store called me before when I ordered and they were out of something. This is unacceptable to not promptly reply to a customer when there is an issue like this. Good thing my bank acted fast and fixed the amount and charged back to the merchant the incorrect amount. So far Pizza Hut has lost my business. I am wondering what they plan to do if anything to try and get my business back because as of now they are not getting it back. I have now called the 800 number twice more and I am still getting shuffled around to different people. I want to know who did this, how it happened, and...

ive worked for pizza hut. my family has managed pizza huts before. and out of all the pizza huts ive ordered from and worked for this one is the only one i know of that is as skimpy with thier toppings. ive made complaints before and they are usually short with me. probably not by choice. but if someone orders cheesy bread sticks and its crunchy, i feel financially jipped. or when i order extra cheese and it looks very clear its not been topped with extra cheese. they did infact put extra cheese on it, but not to the quality standards that pizza hut acknowledges. i blaim managment. yes people need cheap but i can speak from people like me, im willing to pay more for quality. trust me, quality is better. please, do better at this pizza hut at concord mall area. ive given you several attempts to redeem yourself to me. and im ready to just ship and drive the extra time to...
