Went to pick up my kitchen faucet that I ordered and already paid for but man behind the counter was more interested in making me wait while he answered the phone which rang right after he asked me what I was there for. After he was done with his call, he turned to help another customer walking in the aisle. All I wanted was to pick up my merchandise which was within ten feet of the guy which I only found out after he needlessly made me wait for more than 15min.!
