I’m not one to give bad reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism on my recent order warranted one. I ordered a bathtub three weeks ago and was told I would have it in a week. The week it was supposed to be here I was told it would actually be here the week after… I waited until the day I was told it would for sure be here and again it wasn’t delivered. They said the bathtub was in Farmington and I asked if we could go pick it up (they knew we had tight deadlines to get a house done) we were told no, we couldn’t pick it up. We were guaranteed that if they didn’t receive it by Thursday they would send a driver down to get it and drop off Friday. Friday came and went and we never heard anything. Unfortunately, we had to drive to Abq to get a different one. I understand things can happen with shipment timelines but what really frustrated me was the lack of communication, the attitudes when we call to get a update, and then just the ghosting of our phone calls completely-We were told that they would call us back and didn’t. The bath was finally delivered and I did get a refund but I had to call back multiple days and times. I love to support local, but I will not be using Fergusons again, as I feel like I wasn’t treated respectfully and my timelines were also completely...
