DHS is truly a place that I am so grateful to be helped by I cannot be grateful enough I have the most wonderful caseworker she takes care of everything for me when I panic and don't know what to do she takes care of it it has improved so much I don't feel like I'm going in like a beggar I work for many years and now I need help and DHS has done everything for me that I can't even imagine that I would get their professional their kind they're very caring if they're not they can sure be good actresses and actors I thank you DHS for all that you have done for me cuz I could not have made it without your help I'm truly grateful for my heart and soul God bless everyone that has to walk in there every day and hear the world's problems but what would the world do without you right now thank you thank you for everything you do for me the least I can do is say that thank you again sincerely...

You will always get quality service from this department, as everyone here is either a manager or a supervisor. Your child will have lightning quick access to a loving foster home within minutes of CPS intervention. Ofcourse, once your child is in you'll be obligated to pay monthly fines but fear not , the child support office is now located inside this fine establishment, so if you ever have any issues with making your child support payments you can see to it here; right after the authorized time of visitation with your little ones! As far as front desk staff, the young lady there couldn't be beat. She was by herself with printer issues and was still very composed and very polite to everyone she dealt with. There were issues beyond her control due to the phone calls that were made for the case in the interview and misinformation that stemmed from that phone call not from the front desk clerk. I cannot speak on any other feedback due to lack of contact with anyone else on...
