Edit: Just went in today and had great food and amazing staff EDIT: The Manager of the store personally called me to apologize and made it right. Tandy was extremely helpful and has amazing customer service skills. She is a great manager. And we will be back solely because I am confident that if I ever have anymore issues she will take care of her customers. Thank you so much Tandy. 5-stars because of the of her.
ZERO STARS......Extremely disrespectful, hateful manager on duty. Complete screwed up order twice. After the first attempt I was told she wasn't going to fix it again. Then was told I was going to wait until after everybody else's order were complete and I was not a priority. I got home to nasty cold food that after being microwaved was even worse. I didn't get to leave the restaurant until 10pm. After all that I had to eat a bowl of cereal after spending $48.43. I have never been treated so disrespectful. The "Manager on duty" and the cook (the managers husband) should never be allowed to work in customer service EVER. The manager also mistreated 2 other customers while I waiting. I do want to say the younger woman that was working, Bella was very nice and tried to make it as right as she could without fighting with the manager. She even went to remake the burger so it finally got made right, even thought the other 45 dollars worth of food was by now cold. I live in Durant and will never be back. And last but definitely not least, the politeness, speed & overall QUALITY of the employees working at this location in particular, deserves some praise for sure! Even when I have had to use more than one debit card when paying at the window, they never made me feel rushed or that I was a bother which is much more common in their industry.

When we finally got to the window a slender girl apologizes for the delay, stating there were only 2 employees left to manage the restaurant, saying they needed more night shift employees. She said she was on a double shift and the guy she had working with her was trying to do it all. She took our credit card then handed it back with the receipt and then turned around and put her purse on her arm and left. It was another 20 minutes before the one and only employee handed our 2 breakfast sandwiches out the window, he too apologized for the wait. Jack in the Box needs to hire more night shift people to ensure the line moves. We would have left but we were trapped in, couldn't get out of the line due to shrubs planted around the parking lot.
