RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Durant

Almost every experience I've had there was fantastic. Our favorite waiter is always on top of things and he's absolutely fantastic. However I'm giving two stars because the last few times we've been there they have been so short staffed that our dining experience was terrible. One waitress took 30 minutes to even get our drink order, which she then got wrong. Then we got no drink refills the entire time. Not to mention putting a burning hot plate in front of my son which resulted in him burning himself (he's 1...use common sense and at least give us a warning that it's hot). Then she placed the bill practically on my plate to rush us out. We still gave her a 10% tip but she felt the need to complain to another coworker who then told us that we needed to tip at least $5+ every time or no longer eat there. This waitress literally told us this!! Idc what kind of relationship she has with my fiance (family relation) it was well out of bounds to speak to customers that way and looks bad on the company. The food is usually great but the staff is sorely lacking any manners or...

Had a good late lunch after a looong day of work in town. It seems like a nice decent place to eat. This was about 2:30 pm and there was hardly anyone inside eating. There were only a few employees; a host and a waitress or two. The atmosphere felt relaxed and friendly. After getting my drink ordered I went to checkout the bathrooms. The bathrooms were outdated they really need an upgrade in decor! The bathrooms were clean (the men’s). Back at my table, my food arrived and although at first it seemed like there wasn’t enough food I later realized that there was more than enough. The fries and corn were good, the brisket was good but dry. I added sauce the help make it a bit less dry but it was way to dry. The flavor was good! Here are some observations. •the personnel’s’ attire although casual they appear sloppy. Casual is one thing, sloppy is a whole other thing. •brisket had awesome flavor and smell but dry....

That's the way for the weekend and Durant and stopped in for dinner last night at the ribcrib as always the food and service is right on. Enjoyed some amazing ribs last night some great chicken nachos. Our server was fantastic

We decided to come back tonight on a Saturday the 21st of September. Got seated very promptly, hostess and our server is very friendly. We enjoyed the ribs so much the first thing we decided to do is order half rack ribs and we were told they don't have any ribs.

Let that one soak in for just a moment. We are at the rib crib ribs are right in their name and they don't have any. We walked all the way from our hotel which is like at least 13 ft away to eat ribs at the ribcrib.

I demanded they change their name to just crib but they didn't go for that. Anyway seriously the food here is always good the service is always good you can't go wrong if you're in this part of the world stop...
