Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially from the owner Des. I came in to buy an electric grinder and was sold the display model instead of a new one. I specifically asked the employee, CJ, if I could return it if it didn’t work, and he assured me yes, as long as it was within 48 hours—even though the receipt said no refunds or exchanges.

Sure enough, the grinder didn’t work properly. I brought it back just 3 hours later, well within the time frame, and they still refused to exchange it for anything—not even store credit. They claimed they couldn’t take it back because it had “product” in it, despite CJ’s guarantee at purchase.

Dishonest and misleading business practices. Selling display items as “new” and refusing to honor their own word is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I won’t be back and don’t recommend this...

I absolutely love this store. The service is friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are moderate but more often than not, they will give you free discounts or throw in free items just for frequenting their store. I shop here for the vape products. I drive past two other vape stores and another tobacco store to shop here. Every time I come in the store, I have questions regarding vape products and every single visit has taught me something new. I always get the best customer service here! Every person that has waited on me has always answered all of my questions in detail and everyone gives great advice and is super helpful! Prices on items are decent, even new items that you'd expect to be expensive aren't. The glass pieces range from cheap to expensive & small to large. Of course the bigger it is the more it'll cost but in comparison to other places the prices are relatively decent.
