I took my babies in and Helen welcomed them Right in to get them used to her. She did standard schnauzer cuts and they looked fantastic. I have one that is very skittish and always shakes when l leave her or when I pick her up she was cute and calm when they brought her to me. I also have a super active dog and I warned her the reason we where there is the last place told me to drug him before I brought him back. Well to say the least Helen and her staff did a great job on his cut and she said after she got to know him him calmed right down. The office was clean and the staff super friendly. I will never take my dog here again. The lady who bathed him was nice. The one actually doing the grooming was not. I was told by the lady it was going to be done by 2-2:30 pm, which was fine because we were staying in town for it. However, I come back to check on him because it was 3 pm they use the excuse they didn't know it he needed a sanitary groom until the day of which I told the lady on the phone what I needed. They said they still had two dogs to do before ours. I am furious because I paid $60 for a bath, deshed, and nails. I was still needing the sanitary area and paw pads touched up. I took three dogs, 2 maltipoos and 1 Maltese to the Dawg House this morning at 8 a.m. at 1:30 pm, 5 1/2 hours later, her cc machine is behind an hour. I went and got them because like I told them I work midnights and had to return to work to work an extra 4 hours…one was done, one was getting cut and the other doesn’t even look like she had a bath..it cost $139.73…also Helen’s daughter in law is one of the most hateful people I have ever came across…I will NEVER take my fur babies back there, and wouldn’t refer anyone there either…worst dog groomer I’ve...
