Fantastic customer service and fair quality for modern, flattering business/office wear. Tessa was proactive about starting a fitting room for me while I shopped, and I received wonderful customer service from other employees (an African American male & an African American woman — didn’t catch their names) on the floor and in the dressing/fitting room. The employees are well-dressed and put together. This location seems to run out of stock quickly for larger sizes. It sells larger sizes (I’ve been in before), but this weekend, very little was available for shirts beyond size 6 and XS, S, & Medium. I didn’t check any bottoms or dresses today. Fitting rooms: there are no mirrors inside of the individual fitting rooms. You must step out into the open shared mirror area to see your outfit. If you’re shy, you’ll feel awkward are because all of the customers waiting for a fitting rooms are standing in a line facing the mirrored area. The mirror area is very well lit and has sofas. If you’re shy, try coming on a weekday when there’s unlikely to be a line in the fitting room area. I came to the front desk to return one item. The girl processed the return directly to my original card without asking whether I preferred a refund to my Aritzia account as credit or to my card. The problem is that the credit card I originally used had been stopped due to a fraud claim, and I had already replaced it with a new card.
When she realized the issue, she reached out to a senior for help. However, the senior didn’t resolve the problem. Instead of refunding the amount to my Aritzia account, she refused and told me to call my bank assistant to fix the issue — even though this wasn’t a problem caused by me. I thought at least I could still be refunded to my old card and then resolve things with my bank.
The senior assured me that I would “definitely” be refunded after 2 days. But now 7 days have passed, and no refund has appeared in my bank activity. This experience was very disappointing — I was left without a solution, without clear communication, and without the refund I...
Read moreI’ve been an Aritzia shopper for as long as I can remember. I moved here from NYC and was thrilled this location opened. Today was a terrible experience- I had to wait awhile for someone to see me at the desk- I understand things get busy. Cashier finally shows up, I had a return and before she even looked at anything she said if I didn’t have a receipt I could return. I found the receipt in my email and showed it to her. She said she’ll be back and left and someone else (the store manager named Elizabeth) came. Again, before even looking at anything she said I didn’t have the tag. The tag was right next to the top but because it wasn’t pinned it didn’t count?? She then proceeds to say I couldn’t return it bc it was an exchange.
