I will absolutely never return to this store after today's appalling experience. The cashier imposed an unauthorized additional fee when I used Apple Pay (connected to my debit card), then blatantly lied by insisting I was aware of this surcharge - a complete falsehood. When I rightfully objected, the cashier became belligerent and dismissively claimed 'there's nothing they can do' about their own deceptive charges.

This conduct is utterly inexcusable in a nation that promotes and embraces digital payments. The combination of fraudulent hidden fees and contemptuous customer service represents everything wrong with modern retail.
