KFC — Restaurant in Durham

On Wednesday, 7/7/21 at 8:15 pm I drove up to the drive-through to place my order, a young man asked, may I take your order please? I said I want a five piece original wings. There was silence. I sat in my car waiting for him to tell me the cost or if they had wings available. I waited for about a over a minute and I said hello, anyone there? There was no answer Then I noticed the sign that read temporary hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However I wondered why he asked for my order? I drove around to the drive-through window and there was no one standing there. About a minute or so I saw a young lady mopping the floor and she said they were closed. I asked her why didn't the guy say something when I placed my order? No response. On my way driving out, i noticed two cars at the drive-through. I rolled down my window and told the lady, they were closed. The lady said no they are not. She said the guy just asked for her order. I told her he did the same thing to me. They lady drove her car around to the drive through window and started blowing her car horn. I left. Although it's in my neighborhood, I will never in this lifetime even attempt to order anything from Kentucky Fried Chicken on Fayetteville...

Let me start off by saying chicken is indeed my favorite food!!! KFC is a half of a mile from my home! My Husband and I stopped by for a meal in between jobs. When we walked in, a man approached asking for change, my Husband said no! We spotted the no loitering, wandering, or begging sign hanging. He continued to wander the store, he asked another customer to fill his cup with soda for him, stating that “they will only let me have water” the male customers response was “I’m just trying to eat my food”But filled the man’s cup anyway to get back to his meal! Everything was fine with the service!! The lady who appeared to be the Manager was a delight. Our food came right out. We proceeded to a table and The man states to let him know if we have leftovers! Then while eating, ANOTHER man walks up to our table and asks if we could provide food for him and his kids! he then stood in the drive thru asking people For change, with a WHOLE bag of food now in his hands! I was just trying to enjoy my meal!! I won’t be dining in here anymore! Also, my chicken was dry!!i which, chicken is always good...

First of all I love Kentucky Fried Chicken.... I love it the best out of all the other chicken places... And for two days in a row they got my order wrong... first day they got it wrong was on November 7th and I paid more on that day then I did on November the 8th for the same thing ... and my order was still wrong but this time I went back to Kentucky Fried Chicken today AND THEY GOT IT ALL WRONG AGAIN. So I turn my car around and went back I went inside and the KFC manager was real good and he was very polite and fix the order right real quick but it cost me more yesterday for the same thing I got today but at least this time my order was right ... It no Kentucky Fried Chicken near my 🏠 just Bojangles I Kentucky 😍I have to drive far....that's why I'm a little upset I think I need to get a refund or replacement meal because I paid $10 for the same meal the first day that I paid $7 for the second day

But I still love KFC it will always be the...
