Worst experience I have ever had for any sort of service. Please do not go here if you want to be treated reasonably. Terrible atmosphere—to begin I was given dirty towels to dry my hands with (smelled musty and bacteria-ridden). I payed for a full manicure with dip change, $55, $65 with a 20% tip. Not only did I not receive a full manicure service, the technician I was assigned to treated me incredibly rudely—previously I had blue with green only on my ring finger—she decided to do just blue at her own accord and told me “one color only looks much better”. She did not clean up the blue dip which was stuck on my cuticles, rushing me out because the next customer was waiting for her service. She quite literally picked up my bag which was still in the seat, placed the next customer down, and tossed my bag at me with no words, simply implying that I was done. She also claimed their dip would last a month, yet a nail chipped after 5 days, as seen in the picture, with more and more chipping each day following. These nails did not even last a week. I called expressing my problem and the lady on the phone communicated w/o the whole picture, getting me to drive all the way back to the salon for a service which I learned would only be 15% discounted. Ridiculous. Money-hungry scammers who definitely don’t treat paying customers like they should.

I enjoyed my experience at Paris Nail Bar (It’s my second time receiving a pedicure, first time at this salon). The pedicurists, who wore masks, took our temperature and requested we all wash our hands upon entering the salon, whose walls were pretty pink! The interior was clean and well organized. The walls closest to the entrance were decorated with hundreds of colorful nail polishes to choose from while wine and champagne bottles were exhibited on the walls across from the pedicure stations, as well as a mounted television. My boyfriend, daughter and I were then led to the pedicure stations, were offered something to drink, and were provided with a Blue Moon, a glass Coca-Cola and Chardonnay, respectively. Great hospitality! We all proceeded to receiving a foot massage (It tickled 😆), and us ladies received gel and regular polish treatment. Our pedicurists were friendly, chatted with us during our stay and regularly asked if we were okay. I was relaxed the entire time, and my daughter also had a big smile on her face despite first being hesitant to receive a pedicure (her first time). We both loved our toe-nail colors (great quality!) and will surely return for more!

I originally came in around 6:for a Full Set and Pedicure. I left out with just a pedicure; my first experience was horrible. My feet sat in a blue tub of merely warm water the entire time. The first thing I said when I sat down was “whew, this water is cold. In addition, the lady didn’t even turn the jets on in the water. As my service continued, the lady performing my pedicure began cutting my cuticles. I advised her multiple times that she was cutting them down too far and it was painful. It only took me 4 times complaining before she stopped. So I finally got tired of the subpar service and decided not to get my nails done. I definitely will NOT return to this establishment. If they didn’t have time to give me a complete service with the full experience, they shouldn’t have said they had the availability.

This was my first time getting dip powder, and I think it might be my new favourite way to style my natural nails! I'm usually an acrylic nails girlie, but it has been super damaging to my nails. So after taking some time to let my natural nails grow back to a healthy length, I decided it was time to get my nails looking fresh again. I wanted to do something different and I was hesitant to try a new nail salon at first, but boy am I glad I came to Paris Nail Bar!

Really impressed with the entire staff here. Every single interaction I had with each staff memeber felt warm and welcoming- which I highly value as someone with over 15+ years in the customer service industry! From the gentleman who booked my initial appointment, to the receptionist who helped me check out, everyone here was friendly and helpful. However, I must say that my stylist, Sue, was INCREDIBLE! She took time to really listen to what I wanted and was meticulous and thorough in making sure the shape of my nails was just right. She even went over a few touch up spots after they dried without me even having to ask her! This really showed me the professionalism and initiative she took in taking care of me. She then gave me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time! She removed the old gel polish I had on my toes and applied a gorgeous fuschia color- double checking my color choice to make sure I was okay with having slightly different shades on my toes than on my hands. As a first time client here, Paris Nail Bar, you truly made me want to become a repeat guest! I will definitely be...

NOIRE THE NAIL BAR IS EXCELLENT IN DURHAM INSIDE SOUTHPOINT MALL CHECK THEM OUT- I went to get dip powder about a month ago and in less than a week the powder was cracking and lifting. They use cheap powder and charge 60 or more. I used to love Paris nail bar and I would work with Van in apex but to me once they started getting all these other locations it’s just gone downhill. Very disappointed. I will not be referring any of my friends to go here. They have nice aesthetic shops but service and quality just a no.- REPLYING TO RESPONSE- I am clearly speaking of my most recent experience. Whole different staff. Not the same anymore. Even the front desk staff said per word there is only one high quality powder and it was a red top one which was not used on my nails. The lady who did my nails I had never seen before and I’ve been going to all the locations for years. I wouldn’t go back to fix my nails because what’s the point? I shouldn’t have to come back. The quality and great service should’ve been provided the first time around. It’s sad to see the response. Instead of bettering the place wants to get passive aggressive and come at me yikes. I’ve always loved going to you guys and spent a lot of money, but especially with that response it was the last straw. Thank you again and...
