if i could give this place zero stars, i would. i've been getting my nails done here since i was five and i'm now seventeen. they have recently done a lot of changes in staffing, and let me tell you what just happened. i went with my mother around 5:15 or so, and we asked for two pedicures. there were two ladies in the store (one i've known for a long time and she's great, and one id never seen before). the one i've never seen before was who told us that we should come back at 6:15. we did. the one i know set us up for our pedicures, and began working with my mom. the other was still working on the lady she had been working with the first time we showed up. so i sat there with my feet in the water, and waited. 20mins go by, then another twenty, and another. i sat there for over an hour until 7:00 until she came over to sit down, but then said "i'll be back in two minutes" before going back to the previous client. another twenty minutes went by before she came back. I was pissed at this point and told her to just not do any color. she started cutting my cuticles, cut the heck out of one toe and mumbled a 'sorry' before continuing to cut huge chunks out of my skin. she cut me twice. when she put the moisturizer on it was so "warm" it burned my skin. then the worst part - i'm not kidding you, SHE RUBBED RUBBING ALCOHOL INTO THE CUTS ON MY TOES. then used the same, rubbing alcohol covered towel to "dry" my legs off. i have ocd and pick at my skin, so my legs have small dots of open cuts, WHICH SHE IGNORED ALTHOUGH QUITE VISIBLE WHILE SHE RUBBED ALCOHOL INTO THEM. i have never had such bad customer service. this woman physically hurt me, but i love the other lady and didn't want to say anything about the horrible service or anything because i didn't want to hurt her. it was 7:35 when we left and i'm a senior with all honors classes and had a lot of work to do, and ended up spending almost an hour and forty five minutes including drive time, at this place, being hurt, and she did shotty work on filing which i now have to fix. but i will never be going back again. this was a horrible experience and i would not recommend ANYONE going here, solely because they might get this chick and have to go...

I would give them zero stars if I could. First The lady (which I found out later is the owner) try to tell me which nail enhancement I had on my nails when I came in asking for a fill in and made a rude face at me when I was trying to explain which service I had before. Next, The price sheet states that the price for power gel fill in is 30 dollars, but when it was time to check out the price the nail tech told me did not reflect the same prices on the price sheet. I had to ask for the manager/owner and I asked was the price sheet incorrect and if so could still honor the price sheet. (May I add that on all of the price sheets, you can see a clear correction for one of the service but they didn’t “correct” the power gel fill line item. So it shows me that if the price was really incorrect they would have fixed it on the price sheets) The owner was dismissal and her attitude towards me was negative. I left the store feeling very...

I had a neglectful experience with this business, they overcharged me for acrylics and a pedicure, the price came up to $100.00 I didn’t complain and paid.

A month later I went back to get the acrylics removed they made me wait over 30 minutes with my hand in the Acetone my nail tech even took another client who recently came even though I was there first and patiently waited.

After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time I decided to speak up and ask what was taking so long to remove my nails? The nail tech finally gave me service but she had an attitude about it and was rude she made a comment saying she waits 5 hours to get her hair done which was Irrelevant and uncalled for, she then asked me did I want to leave. I told her I wasn’t leaving with acrylics hanging off my nails.
