I arrived at this location on 12/29/22 for dinner to go. The ordering process in line was slow but they were short staffed which I understand. There were several issues that then ensued. The experience is specific to the "manager" Jaida, and not in regards to any of the other employees that evening who were working hard and doing their best with a good attitude.
As I approached the register to pay, Jaida, who later identified herself as the manager, was processing my payment. I had an electronic gift card that I've used before at this location with residual funds remaining. I offered it to her. She responded "I know nothing about this, you can't pay with this." Confused, I explained that I had used this gift card at this exact location previously, and she said she "doesn't know how to put it in." I asked if she can help me resolve this matter, and she said "no, there's other customers in line, I can't do anything." I asked how I can resolve this as I'm going to be paying for the food with cash/card as opposed to my gift card - she said she'd write my information down and the general manager will call me.
Jaida was the only employee wearing a mask, which I found to be excellent, but then I realized that she had an earphone in one ear and was talking on the a personal call while cooking pies and while the business phone rang repeatedly, and did not want to be caught talking. This led her to make multiple errors.
For the customer before me, due to her distraction on the phone, she poured pesto sauce on the pizza when the customer clearly asked for buffalo sauce (I could hear it from 6 feet away); she just said "sorry" instead of offering to make a new pizza, but the customer was kind enough and just let it go.
When she grabbed my pizza from the oven, still with earphone in and talking under her mask, she lazily threw the pizza onto a tray on the counter, causing all of the toppings, cheese, and sauce to topple of of it. She asked if I wanted another one. I sadly said yes knowing the wait was long, because there was only bread and sauce on my current pizza.
When she realized she made multiple errors and that I had the encounter listed in #1 with her, she walked into the back of the establishment and took off hear earphone so that other customers would not complain, and/or to prevent me from seeing that she was taking personal calls and making multiple mistakes.
A very confusing and poor experience here. I'm waiting to hear from the general manager still, and on calling the location no one is picking up the phone. Hoping that this review will help shed light on the service here - and I only spent 30 minutes at...

I have been to several blaze pizza locations in NC this is by far the only one that is horrible. Normally I love their food and service but this is my second time at this location and I had to leave feedback this time. I am specifically on a keto diet so I go here often to get the cauliflower crust pizza because it is keto friendly. I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done. With attitude the tall gentleman working the pizza over legit SHOVED my pizza in the back of the over with plenty of attitude. Sadly the pizza was undercooked and the dough practically still raw.
The restaurant looked like it hasent been cleaned all week with trash all over the floor and filthy tables. Behind the counter almost everything was empty and things were just thrown all over the place. Make me wonder what they pay the staff for here. I legit am never one to complain but this wasn't just wrong it was disrespectful. My mother who is a vegetarian asked the lady making the pizza to change her gloves because she had just got done making this other gentlemen's meat lovers pizza. With the absolute most attitude the lady responds with a big NO and proceeds to use the same gloves ( my mother did not buy the pizza and walked away while she was making it). She then threw the pizza with just sauce and cheese on it in the garbage with an aggressive amount of anger.
I have been to this location twice. I highly recommend any upper management reading this to please speak to the staff working there. I don't want to explain what the staff looked like or name them because that would be rude but these guys have no respect for paying customers. If they hate working there so much then maybe quit ur job and work elsewhere but please do not take it out on my family and I. Read moreThis was a 1 and done for me. Sigh. the staff was ok but very dry talked low and just looked miserable didn’t say hello how can I help you they just looked at you and waited for you to talk. I had to talk them into smiling. Everything was just meh. Just a cloud of sadness over all of them. The girl in front of me ordered a salad the lettuce was very brown she ask for fresh lettuce she didn’t get it. Then she didn’t want croutons the guy just took them off the salad and put it back on the line. He could have just made a new salad the lettuce was already brown. Then it took them a long time to make me and my son pizza. I had to wipe off the table we sat at. When I walked in it was no customers so I could see if they were busy but it didn’t seem like it. Once I finally got my pizza, my son was finished with his. I used a shaker to put Parmesan cheese on my pizza I looked closely and noticed lumps in cheese I took it over to the worker and asked him what it was he confirmed my suspicions it was mold. I gave it to him then I the customer had to say let’s check the others and they all had mold. They remade my pizza so I then had to wait longer. I ordered a cauliflower pizza and did express it was because of an allergy no gloves were changed no special area or press was used for the dough and in my mind I was like why did they ask. I understand cross contamination but if there were specific protocols that needed to be followed they were not followed.
