The employees at this location seem to be trained to push you to get a smaller size, especially if you wear a double-digit size. On two separate occasions, I have tried something that felt small and asked for the next size up. They never carry anything over a 14 in store, even though their website goes to 18 and has standard and curvy fits, and they won't offer to order it for you. The salesperson told me "no, that fits" even when it clearly didn't. During my most recent experience here, I heard both salespeople tell me and other customers that we didn't need a bigger size or should try a smaller one because "it's stretchy." Employees should provide honest feedback and offer assistance to find the right fit, not display the dishonesty that I have witnessed here. I want to thank Mohanie & Patty for a fantastic visit on 2/20/2022. I’m from out of town and I was visiting my girlfriends. It was my birthday and Patty’s and it was a fun atmosphere celebrating by shopping. I was here in February 2015 and my experience was beyond wonderful!!! I had some down time waiting for some other business to be complete, so I stopped in this outlet with a gift card I received from my hubby. I was so excited to finally use it (I have a 2 yr old so shopping for myself is a chore and DOESN'T happen often). The two women helping me were Linda & Kathryn. I can't say enough about how fabulous they were. Helped me find what I needed but didn't bombard me with constant "how can I help you's?". Just the right amount of service!
