Ace Hardware Eagle Mountain — Local services in Eagle Mountain

I should have posted months ago but since we continually shop here and have a good experience every time, I decided to do it now. I don't remember the name of the manager(s) but both guys who helped us were great. My husband purchased a tiller in the spring and shortly after using it, it stopped working. He went back in to get a part to fix on it. The manager(s) helped him get what he needed, no problem. The tiller still wasn't working properly after using it only a short time and my husband decided to work on it when he had a little more time. We went back to Ace for other items and he was talking with the manager and the tiller came up. I told him it still wasn't working properly and he said please bring it back for a replacement, we back the items we sell and want to make it right. It took a little convincing for me to get my husband to exchange it, but he did and the replacement has continued to work just fine. We like the small town hardware store. Ace has most things we need and we like the management who really wanted to take care of us. We bought our BBQ there this summer too. It was a brand the bigger hardware stores didn't carry and it was a nicer BBQ as well. Ace may not have everything Lowes or Home Depot has, but we like that they are close, personable and the managers care...

These guys are way over priced do you think because we have to drive an extra 10 miles to Home Depot you can charge 50 to 75% more you’re out of your mind you guys are horrible at customer service I’ve been here three times to look at a gun in the last three years and nobody can unlock any of the guns because there’s not a manager on site. I highly recommend just run down the road to Walmart or Home Depot. These guys will be out of business soon. Came to get some electrical conduit today and they’re four dollars more per 10 foot length than anybody in town 190° elbow was over double the price of Home Depot. In a pinch I guess if I have to buy one or two things and pay 50% more not a big deal but do not come here for any projects...

A very nice store, decent selection. Staff wasn't very friendly. I was hoping this location would carry reloading supplies as I've seen in many other Ace locations. They have yet to stock anything and when I inquired about whether or not they had any plans to carry reloading supplies the employee behind the counter gave me a very bland one word answer, no. He didn't do anything wrong but his customer service skills are sorely lacking. I love having an Ace in our valley, but I would really like to see them carry the typical reloading supplies I'm used to...
