Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Eagle Mountain

February 17th update: Waiting in line here at the drive thru. Doesn't seem too busy. Maybe the cook took some needed relief, maybe at DQ across the street. I'm not sure. Maybe he or she went to the Arctic on an ad bc enture. I'm looking forward to my own adventure of eating the Pastrami Combo! Hope it's worth the wait? Well, didn't know half the sandwich was a meat patty too??? I saw Black Angus but thought that was the seasoned Angus Pastrami. Not exactly what I was expecting for the price, but tastes pretty good. Yikes!! The fries are good.

Before i dump a bucket of criticism down the back of this establishment, i’d like to begin with a few kind words. The staff was incredibly kind and willing to help. Great now that we got that of the way, let’s talk about the quality of the food.

A visit to the EMAC came at the request of a good friend who may now only be considered a mere acquaintance. Burgers: messy, mayo: runny, water: metallic. Shakes? ha. you mean the ice cream they put in a cup? Instead of ordering a “shake” do yourself a favor, drive down to the Ridleys grocery store and buy a pint of Ben and Jerry’s anything. You’ll save 2 dollars and enjoy it 5 times...

I was impressed with the service personally. The young man who took my order immediately interacted with me even if to say he'd help me in a minute, since he was finishing something. He helped me, and once the food was done he brought it to me, which isn't super common for a fast food. Then while I was eating he asked me by name (he remembered it from my order), if I needed anything. Then when I left he said thanks for coming, again using my name. So I was impressed.
