Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Eagle Mountain

We don’t go to Beans and Brews very often but we decided to stop by today and had a horrible experience. We ordered a matcha frappe and a cookie monster frappe. The matcha was good but the cookie monster was super watery and separated. I know some separation is expected but this is on a whole different level, this is supposed to be a blended drink. I asked to get a refund and instead the barista insisted that they remade it and had the other one remake it. I was fine with this but the whole time they were both were talking about how they didn’t want to be there and just wanted to go home and sleep. I know rushes can be hard to work through but talking like that in front of people when a drink was made incorrectly is crazy. The remade drink was just as rough. Edit: responded by beans and brew to reach out to their feedback link so I did. Never heard back from them again. Service is still horrible, and so is their menu. Should honestly go bankrupt to replace with better coffee or store.

I’ve given this place a try multiple times and have always been let down with miserable coffee. This last attempt was a cold brew with an English toffee cold foam top. The barista failed multiple attempts at making cold foam until someone else came to make my drink. During my wait, six guests came and left with their drinks. After maybe 5 min; when I arrived home—I find my drink with no foam left and zero taste of English toffee 😂😂 sadly I don’t think I’ll ever return to a beans and brew. Gross tasting coffee. I don't know if it was really old, burned or microwaved. I threw it out after one sip. Their hot coffee is only slightly warmer than room temperature. This is typical of any location for the past few years and not isolation in one location. I will only go into a Beans & Brews if there is no other option in the area. It's rare I will visit any more.
