Ordered DoorDash. Food was delivered quickly.
Unpacked everything—2 orders of sweet and sour chicken, cream cheese wontons, egg rolls, egg drop soup, fried rice.
Realized there was no sweet and sour sauce.
A majority of our meal should come with sweet and sour sauce. So, even though I had paid for DoorDash because I was exhausted after work, I got in my car and drove down to the restaurant. Mistakes happen, right?
Walked in and told the lady at the counter what happened. She turned around and got me two condiment cups of sweet and sour sauce. I said, no, I need it for 2 sweet and sour chicken meals, cheese wontons, and egg rolls. She gave me 2 more. I said, 2 more please.
At that point another lady said I needed to pay $2 for each extra sauce. The situation was explained to her and she said, “yes, $2 per extra cup.”
I told her that I’d charge her $2 for the time and gas to drive down to get my sauce that they didn’t put in and we’d be even. That seemed to be a good deal to her.
I got home. The sweet and sour chicken was fine. The sauce was actually really good! I was glad I asked for a few more ounces.
The rice was dry. The egg drop soup was not good at all. Very gelatin heavy. The cream cheese wontons were really good. The egg...

We ordered online and it gave an estimated pickup time which was very off. We came in 10 min after the estimated online time, we were then told it would be an additional 45 minutes. We came back an hour later and were told it would be another additional 15 minutes. They were EXTREMELY busy
2 hours after our initial order we finally got our food. It was all wonderful and the price was a great deal.
As a new business I am sure they are still getting into the rhythm of things. One thing that I believe would help alleviate the “stressful” feel inside is an immediate greeting to let you know that amongst all the chaos, they see you!
I wish this place loads of success, and hope they can fine tune it to handle the hoards of Chinese food craving Eagle...
Read moreWe had lunch specials the other day, orange chicken, general tsos chicken and sweet and sour chicken. You cant order sweet and sour in the lunch special which is weird. The normal orders of chicken come with white rice and you can upgrade to fried rice for 3.50. This is the weird part, the lunch specials come with ham fried rice which is much better then the normal fried rice. Overall the experiance was good for lunch. We then tried to order dinner tonight again and thought we would try some of the different chickens that we hadn't tried yet. I asked to have the fried rice substituted for ham fried rice and they have no way to do it. They just wanted to charge me an additional 12. 00 per chicken order to get ham fried rice. Overall the food is good, but the lack of flexibility in ordering will make it...
