I took my sisters and all got bracelets. Didn't take long. Lovely ladies. I understand that these aren't heavy duty chains used, and that there are instances where they break off and get lost and they can't replace them for free when that happens.. BUT I was pretty disappointed when they didn't make an exception for my case because it broke 2 days after getting it. I waited for a month for them to fit me in their schedule to reattach it. And then only a week after they reattached it, I noticed it had broken off again. I didn't blame them, i just figured maybe there was just something wrong with the section of the chain I had. This time i couldn't find it so I had nothing to take in for them to reattach. When I reached out seeing if they'd make an exception for replacing my bracelet since it's been a constant issue, she said some chains are more delicate than others but they couldn't replace it. She did offer me a 50% discount for a new chain which was appreciated but I'm not sure I'm willing to pay $20+ for a chain that may or may not break off. I purchased 2 bracelets originally and i haven't had any issues with the other chain so I know some are worth their value but it's just unfortunate since both of the chains I purchased were picked from her most expensive...
