This location is really fumbling the bag. Service is not good. I put in a mobile order and got to the restaurant 2 minutes after the order was projected to be ready. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes without even seeing an employee so I went inside to pick it up. Waited another couple minutes for the employee working the line to finish another order. There were 3 other employees in the store. 2 sitting at tables and 1 prepping ingredients. Turns out my order hadn’t been started, and they were out of the protein I order so I had to select a different option.
In general, what should be a sure thing in such a popular franchise is being mishandled. Not sure if a change in management, or just renewed commitment to basic customer service is in order, but I’m really hoping they can turn it around. I love,Chipotle, And would be sad to see this...

The gentleman in front of us had to wait for rice to be cooked. While we all waited for the rice to be cooked. No one else was helped till the order in front of us was completed. Read moreUnfortunately the last few places I've ordered food from have been underwhelming. It's difficult to understand that a brand new Chipotle would be that way. During a high traffic time there were few people, fewer food in the bins, and the server was giving out small portions and even missed putting beans in my bowl. It's not difficult to get this right. Sure, a new venue may lose money at startup, because it's NEW. People need time to find you , but this product is well tested. So this is when you WOW people with fresh, portion size, and service. Maybe a freebie. You want return customers, good word of mouth, excitement, for goodness sakes, "How about some Cake"! JK...
