I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from this establishment, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly astonishing.
I decided to place my order through the app, with an estimated wait time of approximately one hour. I thought this would be a convenient option, allowing me to have my pizza ready for pickup as soon as I arrived home. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a series of disappointments.
Arriving at the location at 7:45, I was already six minutes past the promised readiness time of 7:39. To my surprise, the entrance door was locked, with a sign stating that the drive-thru was the only available option. No prior notification was provided about this change in procedure, leaving me confused and frustrated.
Finally, at 8:15, I reached the drive-thru window, only to be met with a dismissive response from the staff. I was informed that I would have been let in if they had known I had ordered online. It begs the question, why offer online ordering if it doesn't save any time or facilitate a smoother process?
As if that weren't enough, the staff justified the locked door by explaining that they were short-staffed. While I sympathize with their situation, it is completely unacceptable to inconvenience customers in such a manner without any prior warning or alternative arrangements.
After a lengthy wait, at 8:18, I finally received my pizza, only to find that it was disappointingly cold. This further exemplified the lack of attention and care put into preparing the order.
To say that this experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory would be an understatement. The staff's lack of communication, inability to accommodate online orders efficiently, and the serving of a cold pizza all contributed to an overall disappointing visit.
I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider patronizing this establishment, as the poor customer service and disregard for quality make it a highly regrettable choice. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment by seeking a more reliable and customer-centric pizza...

Truly disgusting behavior from customers. The staff tries so very hard. They have pizzas prepared and ready for lunch and dinner rushes and it’s gone in an hour or two because the lines NEVER STOP!!! People think that with a huge line of cars and a line out the door that they should get their food in 15 min, then get angry cause it’s not ready in 15 min. Seriously?!? Average wait time is an hour to 2 hrs on busy rushes. Everyday! Stop going off online orders claiming 15 min! They don’t calculate all the endless orders from online and at the store! They will get your order out as soon as they can! If you go during a rush EXPECT a wait time. Don’t want a huge wait time, go during a down time and it won’t be so busy. If you order 5 pizzas and bread sticks expect 15 min times the amount of stuff you’re getting. 5 pizzas, 3 sticks = 15 min x 8= 2hrs!!! You’re NOT THE ONLY ORDERS!!! If you want an exact time which will be a rough estimate, call the store and ask if they have a wait time. The pizzas and crazy bread are awesome! I personally would NEVER serve those horribly mean customers that treat the staff like dirt! I’d ban them! The staff is so sweet and they take it every single day! No wonder why no one wants to work in fast food. Eagle Mountain has some of the rudest most entitled people I’ve ever encountered! I have seen the staff get screamed at over and over again and those people should seriously be ashamed of themselves for such horrific behavior. It’s pizza! Not a 5 Star restaurant! Thank you to everyone who works at this Eagle Mountain Little Ceasars. Y’all are amazing and deserve so much more respect. I am thankful and glad to say that there has been a change, a big change. Since writing my last review I have gone to this location roughly five times and there has been a huge change.
I have no complaints and I am very happy with the service and the product.

I'm writing this review in the hope that it will somehow change something.
On three separate occasions I've ordered food online, received an email advising me that the order was ready to be picked up, gone into the store (and also waited in the drive through)to pick it, and then been told that the order was not ready and had to wait between an hour to an hour and a half to receive the order. The staff said they had multiple people call out, but to have this happen on three separate occasions is pretty suspicious.
Waiting an hour and a half for two pizzas and two crazy breads is ridiculous, especially when it was ordered online and the expectation is that it will be "Hot and Ready" when it's picked up. To make matters worse, when we finally got the food it was cold, and it was the wrong pizza. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that they could put the correct one in the oven right away and I wouldn't have to pay for it, but I didn't want to wait an additional 20 mins. I'm not really sure what's going on there but it's pretty bad.
