Wingstop — Restaurant in Eagle Mountain

We Order wings from the eagle mountain location a few weeks ago and they messed the whole order up. They missed half of our order as well. No sauce and no Fries.

We decided to give it another shot tonight. We just picked up our order. They messed up our wings again. They didn’t follow the quantities we asked for. The wings are also extremely hard. Like rock solid. Probably old wings they are trying to get rid of. And if the food wasn’t bad enough, the service was awful. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. It’s no secret how the wings at wingstop are made. It doesn’t take much to Cook and season the wings. How can you mess it up this bad everytime? Why have the option on your website to pick what wings you want if they never follow it?? We will not be eating here anymore. I’d rather get frozen wings from the store and cook them myself. Atleast then I will get them how I want them versus however the person bagging my order...

I’ve ordered food from this location twice before, both were fairly late at night, and I appreciated the food at the quality I received it. Although, after ordering from morning shift for the first time, I have to say I was pretty disappointed. Night shift has made sure to give me the whole amount of ranches I paid for and always had my wings dripping with sauce (personally, that’s how I like them). But, the pics can speak for themselves on how minimally they were sauced from my afternoon order. They also put the cold ranch directly in the middle of my fries, so there was no hope that they would arrive at a decent temperature. Then, because I had used mobile order through their app, there was no way for me to request a re-make for pickup, and their contact section never...

Food was really cold And waited an hour for our order. The dining area looked like it needed to be cleaned, they had a full lobby never seen any employees wiping off tables while we waited for our order. Very limited space if dining in. They never told us the wait time was an hour long for takeout. Wings were lukewarm/cold, they never asked us if we wanted bone in. If I could give them less than one star, I would. The only thing good at this place was the soda, that was about it. I feel like they were Overstaffed Which doesn’t mean we should get bad service or food.
