This place used to be my favorite and that’s saying a lot I’ve been hitting the gym about 5+ years now and I’ve been in other environments like kumo, planet fitness, Kickapoo gym, golds, and the war room. This place has always had its issues with machinery or broken utilities like no functioning water fountains and sinks but that’s not what’s important, see recently they made a change not allowing you to bring in guests and that’s a huge issue as the main reason I would come to this specific gym was because I could bring my girlfriend or family to enjoy a workout and become healthier together, and with the employees being rude it’s hard to have a good workout in peace anymore without losing motivation as now I have to come alone and be talked to in condescending fashions. If you decide to bring someone you are charged 25$ each time, and that’s a huge financial burden as a college student. This has finally convinced me to build my own home gym as the changes they keep making have also made my friends stop paying for their services and so I have no real reason to come here anymore -side note; the old staff USED to be amazing and friendly and would honestly get along with most of the regular gym goers, now it seems like they just don’t care or speak in passive...

I’ve attached a few pictures of what this supposed 4.5 star gym looks like. Anyone who has the misfortune to end up at this gym knows exactly what I’m talking about when I say if it could be rated a 0 star it would be. Machines are always broken, the gym is constantly beyond dirty, oh and their “re rack the weights policy” is non existent. The only reason this gym has a presence is because it is one of few gyms in the entire city. If you can picture skating on a thin line between being open and OSHA shutting a place down, this gym would be the epitome of that. This place is an embarrassment to anyone who takes fitness and health serious. I am not sure who the owners are, but I can tell you first hand they care nothing about this business. Just because you can convince your friends and family to leave good reviews and entice them with a free water to leave a good review does not make your place 4.5 stars. I have been disgusted by this place. Multiple pieces of equipment is broken. Bathrooms are disgusting especially the man’s bathroom smells like pee, and people don’t clean or wipe the equipment. Weights are misplaced and constantly people are walking around and talking on pieces of equipment. Staff is unwelcoming and after asking for a show around the club they didn’t even get up they just pointed left is bathroom right is heavy lifting room and perceived to put feet on the desk like no respect or professionalism. This “club” is the worst I have been to. Needs serious updating and environment changes. I would never touch that floor because I know for a fact they do not do daily cleans I see the same trash in the same places for a week straight.
