This is overdue, I was a TMobile customer for a few years. On March 8, 2024, I was at Costco looking for a new phone. I was sold on the Samsung 23 that was only sold with the carrier being Verizon. This phone had my attention due to its amazing camera and a price I couldn't refuse. So I gave all my data to the Costco rep, and he switched my life over to now to a Verizon customer, and my phone would be at my door in 48 hours. When I received my brand new technology, I was intimidated, overwhelmed, and clueless due to my limited skillset of someone who had the same phone for over 5 years. So I decided to go to a version store that could help me physically switch my old phone to my new phone. Now I found myself sitting in front of a Verizon rep. I mentioned that I just received my order from Costco in the mail and need help with getting my info off my old phone to my new phone. From a friendly greeting rep to now a guy who was dismissive and that I can't help you if you don't have all these numbers and my old account number from TMobile or you could have a 4 hour lockout from your phone. I even showed him the welcome Verizon email, but then he said with a smile, "There is a TMobile store just 600 yards away!" So I gathered up my phone and went to the TMOBILE store met Omar, and now, as a Verizon Customer, he helped transfer my old phone to my new phone! I am truly grateful for Omar, who cared about his past customer getting the service I desperately needed to move forward in my new phone journey. ย ย ย Read moreFirst of all. I am a consumer who will complain if i feel cheated or am treated badly by representatives. BUT, WOW! THIS GROUP OF T MOBILE EMPLOYEES AT THE EAGLE STORE IS AMAZING! I have visited and called the store many times in my first month of switching my service to T Mobile not because there were problems, but because it was a new phone and the fact that T Mobile offers so many free perks and offers like scam call protection, free Netflix for the entire time you are with them NOT ONLY on your device but any others you have as well and special discounts and/or free stuff every Tuesday! Not to mention, the fastest data speeds, highest fast speed data plans and very high limits on the Hotspot. Add all that plus great customer support to the discounted senior plans and you can't do better with any other carrier. Oh, yes, and low cost 2021 phones that they will include in your bill that is also discounted if you do auto payment, all at a cost lower than I found at any other carrier. Now, for the negative points...Sorry, there just aren't any. Congrats to the Eagle office staff of experts, you guys...

This individually owed location has a business/ethics structure that all other locations should emulate. They make you feel right at home when you walk through the door. They are calm and want nothing more than to assist you with your needs, even if there's something on your device or accessory that you stop by for assistance with. There is absolutely no high pressure sales/tactics. They even spent hours with me this evening transferring data from my old trade-in phone to my new phone purchased at another store, and helped me learn my new phone. They even packaged up the trade-in phone that I have to ship back to T-Mobile since the phone I got was a pre-order. I was trying to help a friend and purchased at another store, but I will never stray again. I promise you will not be disappointed. Check them out once and you will see what I mean and be hooked.
