Taco Del Mar — Restaurant in Eagle

My son and I we love Mexican food, we have tried, Deltaco, CostaVida, Chipotle, Baja fresh.... And so many of those ridiculous fake-mex food. The taste is so bland, their idea about mexican street food is completely wrong, the concept of americanized any other cultures it ruins completely the main character. Please just go to McDonald's and eat an authentic american food, because you aren't going to find any good Mexican food around here. Taco trucks are a nest of rats and bacteria, Fiesta Guadalajara is the dirtiest nastiest, I don't even know how they get away from the health department inspection...seriously, are we...

Katt was AMAZING! I had a doordash order that I was questioning. I was missing some of my order as well but honestly doordash is at fault for that, I'm not going to sit here and blame your restaurant. They're just ridiculous haha. She answered all my questions in a timley manner. She was very polite over the phone and had such a positive attitude. I worked with food for 2 and a half years and I never had such an amazing attitude like Katt did. I could tell just in her voice, she has an amazing work ethic. This location used to be SO much better. It's not the service, the cleanliness, or freshness..those are all great. It's the Food PREP. The last three times we visited this location the cilantro was barely chopped, leaving long stringy stem pieces in your food instead of small chopped leaves. Also, the massive chunks of onion are just too big. No one wants a 1" chunk of onion in their burrito..maybe in a stew, sure! So if these teens could just learn to chop cilantro and onion a little better, the food...
