Green Mitt — Local services in East Bay Township

Do you know what is the funny thing about this wash is that they like to take your money upfront. But when It comes to service IE posted open and close Time. They don’t adhere to it. This is the second time I’ve tried to get a wash and use the vacuums and they closed early. Not very professional. If you’re going to close early then post it don’t close early when you’re Marquee says 6:30 don’t close a 6:15 or 6:20. Use your head you already got The money for a membership. Adhere to the posted closing times. Other than that the wash works great. Here is a update since the owner replied to the review… This happened more than once and It was not bad weather… when I Visited your fancy carwash. You might want to take a look at the cameras and see for yourself.

Again it’s a great carwash probably The best around. Other than the service it’s a nice carwash.

Here is another one for you good People to digest… Today is 7/14/24. You guessed it The carwash is closed for team Building. At 3:00 pm in the afternoon. So you can’t get your car washed. Just thought I would let you know. That team building could be better done at after or before you...

I visited Green Mitt luxury premium car wash and went through their automated wash. I was excited to check out Green Mitt because so many other car washes are disappointing to me. My first experience was fantastic! There is an attendant at the pay station to help navigate the choices and payment. The wash itself was very, very good. I chose the top level wash and it did a great job on my grimy wheels, as well everything else. The trip through the wash was literally trippy. There was clear, colorful lighted signage, colorful foam soap, and other colorful lighting to make the wash experience memorable. The driers work very well. There is another attendant that guides you out at the end. Both employees I spoke to were courteous, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their work. I did not take advantage of the multitude of vacuum (self clean) spots but I will soon be back. I highly recommend Green Mitt. My hope is that ownership/management keep the attendants even after people gain familiarity with Green Mitt. Keep up...

My wife recently took her car there for a car wash yesterday which resulted in multiple spots on her car with paint chipping. An issue we have never had on her car. We called them about it today and received some of the worst customer service we have ever witnessed. They proceeded to call my wife a liar, told her she “had an agenda,” interrupted her multiple times And otherwise treated her rudely, and offered zero help or solution in fixing their problem. Prior to taking the car there, there was no rust, no chipping paint, no paint bubbles, nothing. It’s funny that no other car wash has damaged her car. They did a sham “investigation” and found they weren’t responsible. Shocker. These people are liars and thieves
