Great store there in E. HARTFORD CT. Awesome, friendly, and super helpful employees as well. Thanks a bunch Malek (?spelling). 5 yrs ago bought a bunch of items from Dudley MA store. Yesterday took 3.5 hour road trip (from where I now live North VT) to return because this place has such great looking, quality, and properly priced building materials/fixtures. Got all I needed- Plus items for future projects (13'x10' bathroom tile floor, and 2 barn doors with sliding rails hardware). Highly Recommend This , or any of the Home Outlet stores for thier products. The bathroom vanity has been awesome, as is that toilet- yeah I know toilet might not be the most glamorous of things, but (in past) I'd bought a Mansfield from plumbing supply place for like 5 or 6 hundred- this one here for 150.00 +/- every bit as stylish and works great, never an issue.

Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the...

I think this store is a rip off. I went in the store to get a toilet for my disable mom i got no help from no one. I was in there 3 times i got the wrong idem , finally i talked to Eric the store manager he was ok but CHAD wow he was a piece of work. I said i live in the area and he said i should kick myself myself for not coming over here sooner, i said NO I SHOULD KICK MYSELF FOR COMING OVER HERE NOW, A make it so bad they sold me a used dirty nasty toilet. Then I went to Home Depot.. Finally im at peace and with i new toilet. Its not a bargain...
